As a pizza enthusiast, I've tried numerous pizzerias and tasted a wide range of flavors and textures. Unfortunately, my experience with Little Caesar's Pizza left much to be desired, and I'm compelled to give it a rating of 1 out of 5 stars. There were two primary issues that led to this disappointing evaluation: the pizza quality and their bizarre operating hours.
Let's begin with the pizza quality. Little Caesar's prides itself on offering affordable and convenient pizza, but it's evident that their focus is more on speed and cost-saving measures rather than delivering a delicious and satisfying product. The taste of their pizza falls flat and lacks the depth and complexity that one would expect. The crust is overly doughy, lacking any crispness or chewiness that adds to the overall enjoyment of a good slice. The sauce tastes overly processed and lacks the vibrant flavors of fresh ingredients. Moreover, the cheese lacks any real flavor or stretchiness, making it feel more like a bland rubbery topping rather than a delightful cheesy experience. Overall, the pizza quality at Little Caesar's is subpar and fails to meet even the most basic expectations.
Another aspect that added to my disappointment is the strange operating hours of Little Caesar's. While I understand that businesses may have varying schedules, Little Caesar's operating hours seem unnecessarily erratic. There have been multiple occasions when I've craved a pizza late in the evening or on weekends, only to find that the nearest Little Caesar's is closed. It's frustrating to have limited access to a pizza chain that claims to offer convenience and affordability. In an era when people have busy lives and often seek quick and accessible meal options, it's a significant letdown to find a restaurant chain closing at strange times.
In conclusion, my experience with Little Caesar's Pizza was highly unsatisfactory, leading me to give it a rating of 1 out of 5 stars. The pizza quality lacks the taste and texture one would expect, with a doughy crust, flavorless sauce, and mediocre cheese. Additionally, their operating hours are inconvenient and unpredictable, making it difficult to rely on them for a quick and accessible meal. If you're seeking a truly enjoyable pizza experience, I would strongly recommend exploring other options rather than settling for Little...
Read moreAs a lead in, of the Little Caesar's in the area this one is the most likely to give you a fresh pizza made to the highest of quality known to Little Ceasar's. Basically the "it's not good, it's GOOD ENOUGH" school of pizza. If you're getting pizza here, you should know what you're getting into, but I digress.
I've had issues with the one at 10 mile and Middlebelt giving me pizzas that have definitely sat around a while. That location is also randomly more expensive, so this is the location I use.
I've lived close to this Little Caesar's for a few years and our relationship us best described as "it's complicated." Possibly due to demand or some management decision, the concept of "hot and ready" often eludes this location. I've had issues on a fairly regular basis where if I walk in, food that the menu describes as "ready now" is on a 6 to 10 minute wait. I started walking in and asking "what do you have" instead of asking for a specific pizza.
Those issues are, however, made largely irrelevant by the app. I place the order at home and wander out to pick it up when it's ready. I get what I want and don't have to stand around and wait in the store anymore. I highly recommend using the app (or online) to order and picking up from the Pizza Portal. My wife calls it the antisocial box because you don't have to deal with a cashier. This is also a plus for the app because the staff has been compromised over the years has regularly been staffed by local high school or college kids. A not negligible number of them I would say should not pursue a career in hospitality. At the very least, the pizza is usually as good as you can expect for the price and speed.
Pro-tip: any specialty pizza can be ordered on the thin crust. My regular is a 3 meat treat. If you get the ingredients right on the "build your own" menu then it automatically adjusts the price a couple of bucks instead of charging you for a...
Read moreAs I sit here on hold waiting for the manager to answer the call. Let me tell you this Little Caesar’s used to be the best, but lately these past few weeks it’s been the worst. Not sure what happened but my online order was received at the store but showed voided. When I got there they said the order was voided and they didn’t charge me. I showed them my bank account with the charge on it. I told them I would pay for the pizza again, and maybe the refund would show later and if it didn’t then I would just call for a refund. They said no we will make it they asked me what my order was I told them Large round pizza light sauce with double sausage the person making the pizza asked me also, again I repeated myself large round pizza light sauce with double sausage. Attach is a picture of the pizza we got tonight (missing slices was from an upset child who wanted double sausage) definitely no where near double sausage on this pizza. I have now been on hold for 30 minutes with no answer from the manager...
