I usually don't write bad reviews for places, but today seems like a good enough day to start something new.
So I placed an online order at this location to make things easier on my tight schedule and not have to wait around for my lunch to be made. I show up at the time it says it would be done, and walk up to the counter. The ladies working there instantly look up at me and give me a dirty look for not following the correct order of things here. Mind you, there's no one in the entire restaurant, so it's not like I'm jumping the line. Which is actually what ordering ahead is for anyways.
I look at the lady by the register and say that I have a carry out order for pickup. She looks at me and says "there is no carry out order here". I politely tell her, "yes there is I ordered 30 minutes ago". And she proceeded to tell me again, very rudely, "there is no carry out order here". So I pull out my phone and say "I have the receipt for the order right here would you like to see it?" And the other lady (who has been scooping at the inside of an empty guac container the whole time I've been here) tells her to check the online order tab/button/whatever. She clicks on it and then asks me if that's my name. I say yes, relieved that it's there because it was a decent sized order that I wouldn't have remembered otherwise.
She prints out the tag, and then goes to start making it when she looks at me and says "we don't have any beef ready, it's going to take at least 15 minutes to prep". (Two of my three items had beef on them, neither of which are mine.) So I politely, after already placing my order 30 minutes prior and don't really want to wait another 15 just to get my food, tell her that that's ohkay I'd rather not have to wait on the food and she doesn't have to make it. She then proceeded to turn to me and give me the most disgusted look on her face as if what I had said was so unreasonable. So I told them to have a great day and then left.
I'm definitely not one to complain, and more often than not I am more than willing to wait for my food to be prepped- if the employees hadn't been so rude and lazy to begin with.

Read moreSo last night , May 5 , I ordered from here on door dash . Really bad experience. First time ordering from this store and admittedly it was late . It wasn’t until after I got my order did I realize they closed at 10 . But I guess they weren’t happy with my order . It looks like someone stepped all over my receipts , they are FILTHY . Honestly I haven’t eaten my burrito because I’m afraid I pissed then off by ordering late but I wanted Mexican style and I got off too late to make food so my bad but yea look at the photos . I’ve never had this happen before , really alarming . And the worst one was the chips and queso , I asked for the three cheese queso because I literally cannot stomach the spicy one . Then my chips were ungodly stale , like that was clearly on purpose . And Welp they decided to give me the spicy cheese one instead - as seen in the picture you can see the peppers and stuff so yea that was nice , super stale chips and super hot cheese I can’t eat . Real nice . My brother got all of it so he was cool but the order was for me so yea that really sucked. He found that really big pepper and told me to snap it and he said “yea this definitely isn’t the three cheese “ on the first bite . They are really wrong for the way they did me man . The unhappiness about my order was radiating through it . .. I get it you want to go home but doorsdash said yall were open , make the food right dude . Like these mistakes were clearly intentional . Plus my tacos were extremely sloppy and hot ( like they made my mouth burn ) and I got ground beef and lettuce and sour cream and cheese , simple shouldn’t be hot so that was weird . They also didn’t include the two cookies I bought which is almost $10 . So yea really bad first experience here . Wouldn’t recommend and I’ll never go here again . They got their point across . Read moreI've been going here for years and never been disappointed until today. They started my order and didn't tell me they were out of tomatoes and pico de gallo until we got to the far end of the line. Had I known they were out of these items I would have gone to a different store.
The young man that was working there was working as quickly as he could, as he was the only one behind the counter For at least 15 min. There was another staff member, but I don't really know what she was doing in the back, she should have been out front serving the customers, that didnt happen for about 10 minutes, by that time the line was 7 people deep. I asked why they were out of everything , if they were out of tomatoes, and the girl just said they were really busy today. I got skimpy scoops of queso cheese, for my chips and cheese, because the pan was almost empty. Got more cheese in the second cup, because I ordered two, she had to go back and get a new pan of queso cheese. I don't like being shorted because somebody doesn't feel like running back to get something that needs refilling. The same thing happened with the lettuce,. My friend behind me wanted lettuce on her item and she wanted a little extra, and the girl said, but we don't have very much. Because she didn't want to go get another tub. Really!
The roof was leaking as well, due to the big storm.
At this point I would have picked up the phone and called the owner and said we need help. If you keep treating your employees like this, they aren't going to stay. If the owner doesn't care that much about their business then I guess they...
