Ordered a Large Poke Bowl online for pick up. $16.65 White Rice, choose 3 Main Proteins, I choose, 2 Ahi Tuna, 1 Salmon, Cucumber, Ginger & Wasabi, and Ginger Sesame Sauce, I added Avocado for 1.50 and Ponzu Citrus Sauce for .49. Total $18.64 plus tip. Presentation was poor! Serving was 3/4 of the large Bowl. There was no sign of the Ginger Sesame Sauce? The Ponzu Citrus tasted like Soy Sauce. We debated to try something new, however I should have just walked in, ordering online, one has no idea if its completed as ordered, until you get to your destination. Ahi and Salmon were fresh like all ingredients. Ginger was large sliced with a sweet taste and wasabi was bright in color and nice and spicy. I wish that the sauce ginger sesame was not overlooked. I'm not sure I would go back!

Great lunch spot! Fast, personalized preparation of sushi bowls. A healthy and nutritional option for the busy work folk type. I got the spider bowl (lump crab, brown rice, greens, cucumber, seaweed salad, ginger, and avocado with a spicy mayo based dressing and shredded seaweed for garnish). It was delicious. The establishment was clean, the employees wear gloves when handling the food, and everyone was friendly.

The food was good, not a problem. Parking is great. Service was the primary reason for 4 versus 5 stars. The lady wasn't rude....she was rushing to make the bowl and was so messy in preparation. My bowl wasn't made with "love"..... There was only one other person in the line and the place was empty.....smh I didn't complain, I thought to offer a review instead.

Poke Poke is a smaller chain. I only know if a handful of locations. It's worth visiting though. The concept is if Chipotle did sushi bowls. You start by picking rice (white/brown) or mixed green, a combination of proteins that range between sushi grade seafood, some marinated, tofu or even chicken, and your choice of dressing. Then you can pick from an array of veggies that make sense for sushi, and finally the finishing toppings. You can build your own or choose from a number of set recipes.

It can be a little pricier than other similarly styled "build your own" restaurants, but the quality is definitely a cut above.

They have a rewards program that's pretty nice.

If you like sushi, You're almost certain to...

I travel to the west coast often, & I have been waiting for the day to order Poke in the Midwest. I ordered a 3 scoop bowl to have for lunch (& dinner) as bowls are typically large portions. The bowl was ridiculous! If I could give it zero stars, it would receive a notification to shutdown. I called the manager, who stated that he made it (why would he admit that?) I was missing 1/2 of my order. Most items I paid extra! How would I miss not receiving my avocados, salmon & mahi mahi? He stated that he gave me extra seaweed salad.... He had the audacity to tell me to reorder & he would correct it.

Any expectations of a decent meal will be...
