Maybe Iām crazy. But I was disappointed how my situation was handle just an hour ago by an older woman.
So I started my order with a younger man and ordered a āMedium ice coffee but in a large cup with extra iceā. He started to talk before this woman answered over him with āWe canāt do that. We have to charge you for a largeā. So I explained that all the other Tim Hortons has never charged me because Iām still getting a medium size amount of coffee with extra ice just in a large cup because you canāt put extra ice in the medium without losing coffee. She was pretty rude about it and goes ātHaTs JuSt HoW iT iSā so I let it go and just got the medium. I am now back to taking to the younger gentleman to finish my order.
I pull up to the window and give him my phone so he can scan my points. Well for some reason it wasnāt working and I can tell he was getting nervous so I gave him a smile. All of a sudden this woman comes out of no where AGAIN and takes the phone and tryās herself. She then tells me nothing she can do about it. And I knew there was nothing she could do about it but she wasnāt pleasant when she told me.
End of story I just pay full to only all the Carmel at the bottom of my coffee, tasted like milk, and barely ANY ICE like I knew there would be, so my coffee got warm really quickly. The younger man was more respectful than the...

They use the term policy eventhough they have been found in error. I have been here several times and have had ok experiences. My last visit was them over charging me and I even asked to confirm. They stated "that's the owner's policy and this is how we ring up things." When I brought this to the location, they just kept saying policy, eventough I ordered this same sandwhich and it was a different price. I have confirmed with my neighborhood Tim Horton's and Tim Hortons Corporate, that this was not the way to ring this up. Also, on my other visits the reason I no longer use the drive thru and rather go inside or pass this one up. You have to repeat several times what you want and it may not be correct. This location lacks empathy in just saying, oopps we got it wrong and make the corrections. They also do not look into things further when you are pointing out something that is incorrect and trying to have a better understanding. Everytime I ask for a French Vanilla iced coffee itās always different. Never the same, no consistency. I usually get a combo and get a hash brown 100% off the time without fail I get what seems to be an old hash brown. Stale. Hard. Tastes like a French fry from McDonaldās that was sitting at the side of the fryer all day. As Iām typing this I just now drank from my coffee and it tastes like burn water. I donāt even know how thatās possible. I just get a taste of burn bread through the whole taste of the sip. Without fail. This location always disappoints. I will be going from now on to Starbucks. Yes itās more. Yes itās out of my way. But at least I get consistent flavor and not questionable if they clean since there is still a half ripped off Christmas sign beginning FEB 1st that tells me they do things by cutting corners and they donāt clean.
