i had the worst service experience of my life at the farmington hills mi location all because of your very rude very unprofessional manger, Fannie. i was in trying to get a replacement order because wings i had gotten previously had no flavor. i called and was told to make sure i had the receipt with me. i followed the directions i was given. Fannie then proceeded to treat me like i was a criminal, in front of her young staff and other customers, insisting i was never told that. i showed her the call log when i called in. what elese would i be having a 2 minute conversation with a wingstop employee about, i tried to explain to her. she stated she would not honor the replacement. i tried to tell her that i had been a customer at this location no fewer that 14 times since it opened in march and tried to show her all of my emailed receipts. she said she talked to her manager and was told not to honor the replacement. she then gave me her supervisors number and said to take it up with Tasha. i called tasha severl times from the store with no response from tasha. this is because Fannie lied to me and gave me a fake phone number! i didnt find this out until later after having to call a different wingstop and speak with another more professional manager. Fannie is a poor representation of the wingstop brand and should be fired ASAP. she is a liar and wasted a lot of my time. i waited in that store for about 20 minutes waiting for a phone call from tasha that Fannie knew was never coming because she gave me a fraudulent phone number. Afters speaking with tasha, who was very kind and professional, it came to light that Fannie has also lied to her surrounding the circumstances of my visit. Fannie has ZERO INTEGRITY and her employment should...
Read moreFood was great, service was somewhat quick despite them being behind, staff were friendly and courteous. Menu board did not match the cash register. All items and pricing were incorrect. That would be fine except the manager was unable to honor the pricing on the menu board, unable to type in the pricing and create an unspecified meal, and his manager was unable to sell it at the price on the board as well. Customer care was called which upset my down syndrome boy who thought that people were arguing when they were simply trying to solve a stressful problem. Eventually, they rang up a totally different meal at similar price. The employees were given no empowerment by corporate. Legally, they are required to honor what is on the board, and they were willing but did not have a method to do so. My boy was so upset by the commotion that he misbehaved through the evening. I've had a very stressful day thanks to 30 minutes...
Read moreI think we understand nowadays that our young people are not as enthusiastic about working as we were. I don’t have a complaint about the lackluster service— kids are kids. The owner or manager was a very kind and gracious older woman who seemed to be trying with much difficulty to compensate for the lack of customer service. She was the redeeming factor. The food taste the same at all locations nationwide so, no complaints there either. My biggest concern was with the manager’s son. I watched him walk in off the street and begin preparing food without as much as a hand sanitizer or wash. He coughed, rubbed his nose and yawned on those unwashed hands while he prepared food. Someone needs to admonish him to take more pride is his work and more care with his cleanliness. This appears to be a family business and legacy. Bad service could eventually take a toll on the business. Uncleanliness will get...
