First of all, let me tell you that I typically never complain and I tip 30-40% no matter what as long as the server has made an effort to be friendly. I saw online that it looked they had some bomb food, so I wanted to take my Mom there to try it out.
We get there and the bartender, who I found out later was the General Manager, hardly even said hello. She seemed irritated we were even in there. She brought us menus and WOW, what a failure of a menu compared to what was shown online. Why can’t they update the site!?
Ordered our food at 6pm, didn’t get it until 6:40. We were literally the only table in there.
Our food finally came out. Wings were hot and delicious, but my nachos… omg. The cheese wasn’t even melted and the beef on there was ice cold. Literally wasn’t even warm. They must’ve sat there while they waited for the wings.
Now, I would have let her know that I wasn’t happy with them, but she NEVER NOT ONCE, checked back on us. She was standing up at the bar doing shift change or whatever. Didn’t even look at us once. Chelsey, the other server on, was our saving grace after waiting almost an hour for some service.
She went to let the GM, apparently our server, that I wasn’t happy. She stomped over all annoyed. Asked me why I didn’t tell her I didn’t like the nachos. Well, maybe because you never came back!!! If you were busy, you could have asked your coworker to check on us! We were the only table in there!!!! She told me I should’ve yelled across the restaurant for her!!!! When she said that, I thought I was in the twilight zone. I have manners and class and would never do that. I’m appalled that she is the general manager of that place, bc that is not how you run a business.
I paid $13 for some cold chips, cheese, and nasty meat. Wings were delicious though, so they have that going for them at least.
I was a server for over 15 years. If I had ever treated my tables how this lady did, I’d expect to never get tips or make a living. DO BETTER!!
No wonder the place was empty. I will never be back. It’s a shame bc it’s right near where my Mom lives, so I was hoping we’d become regulars, but I will never bring my business there.
Folks, stick to only going for drinks. They should just take food off of their menu completely.

Read moreSuch a cute spot! I have been coming here recently and have loved the bartenders Olivia and Tristan! Within the first few times of coming here they knew my name and order which made it feel super welcoming. However, I went on a night where they were not working and was serviced by Ashley and she does not provide the same level of comfort and welcomeness. And it’s hard to like a place where you do not feel welcomed especially compared to the other bartenders. It’s disappointing when you find a cute spot but don’t receive the level of service you’re used to. She is not personable and definitely favors people who are regulars or seem to know her. When I paid with cash she just assumed that the change was hers to keep when I wanted my change back. I did not say anything to her but that is unprofessional and very presumptuous. She looks miserable and like she would rather anywhere else but at work behind the bar and is extremely slow at coming around to you. I witnessed her sitting while her coworker was running around and I think that speaks volume to her work ethic and lack of teamwork. I work in the industry and I understand bad days but this has been a pattern and seems just like a bad life or she hates working here— which are two energies I do not want to interact with when trying to enjoy my beer and food. I do not understand the standoffish vibe she is putting out. I find her rude and unpleasant which is polar opposite from the other bartenders that work here. And to that, I say find a new job because she is ruining a cute spot to hangout with some friends and have good food. On a lighter note, their food is fantastic, I recommend the quesadilla with chicken! And I cannot compliment Olivia and Tristan enough I will continue to return as long as they are...
Read moreA good go to bar when you just want to go and not dress up and just get away to have a drink, eat some food and just unwind after either a stressful day or a day filled with excitement and you need to bring it down some. Staff is very nice, I only gave the food a 4 because I haven't tried much. I am pretty stuck on their bone in and boneless wings with parmesan garlic. Fries and onion rings are good too. There are other flavors that are good also. They try to please everyone with the music by playing many genres. There is a patio bar and a pool table. There are nights where there is live music or a DJ. Very good mix of people from all backgrounds, which I like. Parking can be a little tight on a busy night, but not inconvenient. Prices are reasonable. Good drinks most of the time unless you get a bartender who is a little light on the alcohol. It happens everywhere, but overall I have been satisfied. Not sure if kids are allowed early in the day, you would have to call. Happy hour prices...
