Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in Farmington

Absolutely worst experience I have ever had I have finally found a restaurant that has worse service then village inn. The server was nice but literally forgot everything we asked for (lime that was supposed to come on the appetizer to begin with, then he apologized and said "I'll make it up to you and get you that water" which he also forgot) when our food came out. It was delivered by Tanya one of there managers when she dropped the food off it was a dump and run so she could B.S. with the other manager up at the front despite our waters still being empty for 30 minutes or so now. Steaks where also way over cooked but we ate them anyways just to get the experience over with sooner. After dinner we ordered a dessert with a extra scoop of ice cream which was also forgotten about by our server. When we brought up the extra scoop he gladly brought it out to us except it was no longer ice cream it was a Plate of vanilla cream.

Never did I think that I could find a restaurant that has worse service then village inn but we did. At least at village inn the food comes out like it should.... extremely disappointed and will probably...

Wait time was ridiculous. Waiter didn’t greet and welcome my party and was obviously overwhelmed. Salad was dry/old. A family member got a, "to-go," cup because she said they ran out of, "clean," glasses. My half rack was like charcoal, hardly any meat and my family member's food was dry. Was a waste of our gift certificate. I sent my salad back and wasn’t offered anything else. Waitress just slid our ticket on the table. When she came back to pay, she seemed disappointed with payment. Picked up the kiosk rudely and took our payment, despite still leaving her a $6 tip.

**After reading other reviews and experiencing first hand the customer service and food quality, we will not be returning to this location. I don't know what the circumstances are of this place during my visit; but this is not quality service and I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. Granted it was a busy Saturday lunch crowd, but we waited 20 minutes to be seated even though we could see clean, empty tables and booths. We got seated and placed our order. Our server was friendly and took care of us. We asked for chips and salsa and the salsa was not great quality and the chips had obviously been dumped out of the bottom of a bag. They were small broken pieces and were stale. We each ordered a burger and they were just okay, definitely not worth the $14.29 it cost. The fries were like the chips, small broken pieces that were obviously the last of the bag. It wasn't the fault of the wait staff, and not even the cook can be blames. Whoever is in charge of quality control and ordering for the restaurant chain has definitely dropped the ball. Unfortunately we won't go back, not when there are so many other...
