Burger King — Restaurant in Farmington

I placed an order for breakfast at 606 am this morning. Burger King at 948 East main St in Farmington. Their hours online sho that they open at 6 am. If you use their app it will not let you place a breakfast order until the store is open. I then arrived at Burger King and there were no outside lights on but lights on inside, went in through the drive thru and no one answered at the speaker box. I waited for 10 minutes. I the. Pulled up to the drive thru window hoping someone would walk by but still no movement inside. I tried calling them at least ten times. It kept ringing and then went to a rapid busy signal or sometimes someone answered and then just hung up right away. I could see my order sitting there thru the drive thru window on their computer tv monitor just waiting for someone to make it. Now they have my money and I have no food because I couldn't wait any longer and had to get to work. If you are not going to abide by the hours you have posted online and in your app then don't let people place orders and don't steal their hard earned money. Hope you enjoy my money for having to do and give me nothing because it is the last you will get from me ever again. That is so wrong to steal people's money. I will dispute it through PayPal. I took screenshots showing they have their hours posted and should have had someone there......hey update everyone. I just called and some lady answered that was extremely rude. She said the manager was late getting there, her words were "he was late". I said well I placed an order this morning and waited to get it but had to leave to get to work. She just said ok but he was late and the safe wasn't open. So she was in there and never came to talk to me and tell me what was going on or anything. So then she says to call back at 9 this morning. So I asked is that what time the manager will be there? She said I don't know. So I asked what good is it gonna do to call back at 9 if the manager isn't there. She just said I told you to call back at nine. So then I asked for the managers name and her response was "uuuuhhhhh Leslie". So I asked if that was a he or a she. She said a she. I said well a minute ago you said the manager was a he. You have my money and I have no food. She said I know and hing up on me. I tried calling back three times and no answer. Avoid this place at all costs. They will rob you and treat you rudely. I tried to dispute the charge through PayPal but it says this type of transaction cannot be disputed. So guess I am screwed. Burger King said screw you and thanks for your money and has rude employees also. Bet no one even reaches out to me to try and make this right. If they do I will update my review. But I...

Got breakfast and ordered a double ham and a double bacon. Guy made me wait at the 1st window and said he’ll tell me to pull to window 2 when my food was ready. So I wait and then he tells me to pull forward to receive my food. I get my food and drive all the way back home only to find that they gave me 2 SINGLE sausage sandwiches. The receipt clearly states what I ordered but apparently it’s too hard to make 2 sandwiches that the receipt states. I can’t understand why it’s so hard, I mean this is your job and we’re not asking for much except the correct food. I live too far away to drive all the way back over there to get the correct food and why should I have to when it should’ve been right in the first place. I mean I should’ve checked my food but when they’re not busy I thought they’d get it right. It’s ridiculous and so are all the places in this town. If I mess up at my job I’m held accountable but apparently they aren’t. This is the second problem I’ve had with them in the last month. Ordered ahead and went in to get it and they didn’t acknowledge me at all and my food was just sitting there and o I said hey I’m here to pick up my food and the manager didn’t even look at me. Waited 10 minutes for food I ordered 10 minutes prior to me getting there....

So we went to the burger king by sam's club at first and the manager lady was really rude and we had a coupon,we were very patient and nice then she interrupted my girlfriend when she was giving the coupon number to the manager in a rude tune. We got to the second window, she took so long to come to the window the she said I'm sorry for the long wait were short handed with our food and we took off thinking we're going to eat relax and go to sleep but when we open our chicken sandwich the chicken was totally black burnt, so we didn't want to drive all the way back up town so we decided to go to this burger king to see if they can report it also and they were way nicer they made two fresh chicken sandwiches the girl Destiny and...
