Well, a few weeks ago I went in to see if they had any kids St. Patty's day shirts (boys). I couldn't find any variety so I was just browsing and waiting to see a worker that I could ask. I never ran into one, not once. I was there for a good 45 mins browsing the boys.. and part of the mens clothing and decided on a shirt that had the theme but not what I was looking for. I got to the check out and the young girl was shouting to her supervisor about hopefully leaving early. She asked if I found what I needed and I said that I couldn't find any help out on the floor, and she said sorry. She was nice over all. I asked about something that was supposed to be on sale about licensed merch and the other girl said it was only certain things which was misleading but I let it go. It came to the end where I was going to pay and she asked me about getting the credit card, I told her no thanks about it but then she asked again and explained how quick it is to apply. I declined again ready to pay and she asked a third time saying something else so I had to actually get rude and say, "I said NO." She did look shocked but no means no.. Read moreI give 3 stars because I stood in a horrendously LONG line (well, it IS the day after Christmas after all, but...) to return a few things I did not have a receipt for since they were gifted to me. She told me I only had 2 options and I could either 1) have a gift card sent to me by mail or 2) do an exchange immediately for other items, so I chose the latter. I go shop around and go back to checkout with my new items, and there is no line but there are 3 cashiers open already helping people, so I had to wait. While waiting, a couple of other people line up behind me and one of the cashiers finish and I start to walk up and she walks away!! So, I turn around and head back to where I was waiting, and another girl finishes with her customer and SHE WALKS AWAY too!! So I'm left standing and waiting even longer!! Read moreI have purchased multiple pairs of old navy jeans online recently. Of those, 1 pair that I bought in january 2022 is developing holes at the corner seams of all sides of both back pockets. Another pair the zipper will not stay up.
I read online that old navy would exchange defective items so I brought these into the store. Since I have had both pairs only a couple months I figured they'd be pretty cool about saying, " yeah your jeans should last you more than 3 months without falling apart, we will exchange them."
I was wrong. I was turned away without even speaking with a manager after standing in at least a 15 minute line (nope, not an exaggeration). I cant believe any company would see jeans lasting that short period of time being okay. I know they aren't the nicest store but it wasn't even a full 1/4 of the year and these jeans were splitting and they acted like...
