We went to this Noodles and company 6/19 for lunch, we got there at 12:14, there was no line to order, but a lot of people sitting and standing around, I guessed waiting for their orders. There were 4 of us and my daughter ordered for her and my grand-daughter, then another grand-daughter ordered and then I did. We waited until 12: 36 when they called the second order that was made. It was picked up and she went out to sit at a table and wait for us to get our orders. 25 minutes later, after asking many times when it was coming my daughter got her orders. I waited and waited and told the others to start before theirs got too cold. I asked several times, the person who I guessed was in charge, said "Well, what was the name"? I told her and she started looking all over to find it. 15 minutes later I asked if I could just get my money back, as everyone else was done eating. They said it had been an awful morning, that they had a large order earlier that really put them back and the registers were really acting up. They gave me a cookie, I guess to make me happy (didn't work) and said my order would be right up. It took about 5 more minutes and then it wasn't complete. While waiting I was talking to other people there, and we were all quite upset at the workers. Not one of them had on a mask, we only saw 1 (the one in charge) wearing gloves, and 3 of them kept touching their faces and hair. I just had to get this off my chest. I have eaten at this Noodles and Co quite a few times, and it has been a good place. It just seemed like it was very unorganized today. Hope they can get their act together, and follow the health department orders of face masks and gloves for...
Read moreWe are here for dinner tonight. Let me start by saying the employees were very nice. That was great, especially since we had to talk to them so much about our messed up order. They called us up to get our food and it was only half our food - the two kids meals we ordered (and one was missing the diced apples that it was supposed to come with). We thought maybe that they had split our order into two, so we waited. Then after several minutes my husband went up and asked about our food. They had my food sitting on the side of the counter - they didn’t know which order it was supposed to go with. They hadn’t even made my husband’s food, so they started on that. We had ordered at 6:28pm, and at 6:57pm his food came out. Both of our kids had already finished their food and mine was cold. Disappointing.
Also, everything was packaged to-go tonight. Not sure what that was about. Personally I wish that we didn’t have to suffer through paper straws to save the planet when all of our food came out in disposable containers. Haha. This has nothing to do with my star rating, I just thought it was funny.
Overall, the employees did appear to be extremely overwhelmed. Not sure if they are understaffed or if their process to get food made and out to people is super...
Read moreI visited on 11/17/2016 @ 3:10pm. I'm a huge fan of noodles and co. I was in the area of Station Park and decided to get a late lunch. The outside of the building is really nice with a bunch of Rose beds. The guy that took my order was incredibly helpful and pleasant. He also brought my order to the table. That was the only plus in this visit. He appeared to be the only person really working while the others just talked extremely loud the entire time I was there. One guy in the back with a beard and long hair pulled back was the loudest and kept swearing. Don't get me wrong, I swear like a sailor. Do I swear at work in front of my clients? Absolutely not. It was an uncomfortable atmosphere to say the least. I ate as fast as I could to get out of there. As for my meal, I asked that mushrooms be added to my noodle dish. I got 4 slices (seriously) of hardly cooked mushroom. I had to dig around to find them. I also found two mystery items in my dish. One looked like a clod of dirt, I have no idea what the other was. I've included a picture. My side salad was good. It's a shame that my experience was...
