Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Farmington

Came in for my doordash order and was told that it was being worked on....three workers proceeded to stand around talking while one girl was mixing up ice cream......when the girl was done no one ever looked or offered to ask if this was my order ......I then went and asked about my order....a girl walked to the back room and brought my order that had been sitting there for well over ten minutes....u might want to know who is making what and do less talking....better communication......since I can't leave another review I will continue on this this one....once again went in for diodash order and waited along with another gentlemen who wasn't acknowledged when he walked in and when someone finally waited on him she abruptly told him to wait while she talked to another employee....waited on my order well over 20 minutes.....your employees all running around have no clue what...

We went today and sadly had an experience we weren't expecting. In my boyfriends icecream, there was just two whole strawberries. Not chopped up or anything, and barely anything else mixed in. In mine, the cookie dough was in two huge chunks. They couldn't be bothered to actually cut up the big stuff or mix in enough caramel or chocolate. Oh and mine had random sprinkles and peanut butter throughout. Both don't belong in what I ordered, which means their stations haven't been cleaned properly. All I know is that we won't be back. $20 for mediocre ice cream...

Im very disappointed. But I guess it’s happening everywhere with everything. For a “less than” 1 scoop is right under $5. They must be using a teaspoon for the toppings. That saying “less is best”? For my topping, there was 2 bigger chunks that coulda went in the bowl but all got scraped into whatever is underneath the counter. I don’t think it’s worth the price. This is my 3rd time trying and at different locations, 2 other states, and I have the same opinion overall with Coldstone...
