Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Farmington

The place has gone down hill in the last year. Tonight, after going through the drive thru, all the food was cold and one of our drinks was 2/3 full. Blizzards have about 3 bites of toppings on top of a cup of vanilla ice cream. There are several teenage employees who have serious attitudes and appear annoyed when they have to do any work. Tone of voice and eye rolls from a teeny bopper is rediculious. Pick another place.

Update: I spoke with the owner via email who had very little regard for the concern. After that, we tried once more and my wife's order was not even close to what she asked for. In a quick follow up email to the owner he said, "Last week we had 3,344 customers.  One complaint.  Life is full of choices.  Maybe you should choose elsewhere..."

He literally did not address the issue and suggested we take our money elsewhere. I can now underatand the staffs attitude issues.

Do yourself a favor and drive past...in fact speed up when you pass because if they see you slowing down they might give...

I havent been to a dairy queen in quite a while, so i took a couple minutes to look over the menu. After about 30 seconds of asking for a couple minutes, a young female employee proceeds to stick her head out of the drive thru window and just stared at my boyfriend and I making us very uncomfortable. After about another 30 seconds, the employee spoke and rudely said, "hello!!!! You ready to order yet?". I asked for another minute and then gave my order. As I approached the window I apologized for taking a minute and just got an angry blank stare from the guy working as he took my payment. When we got our food and pulled away we saw we didn't get the sauces so my boyfriend ran back inside quick only to get another just angry glare and a quick toss of several packets of ketchup at him and a snide stomp off. I will say the food was good! But I can not believe the way we were treated by several of the staff. I've been a server for 15 years and I wouldn't have a job if I acted that way towards a...

It was cold out so they didn't have any other customers. I was thinking "oh great, either I'll have to wait 5 minutes for food to be made or my stuff will be cold".. I was starving! Needless to say, I went through the drive thru and ordered the $5 lunch with a mini blizzard instead of a sundae...the awesome guy taking my order said a small was the same price as a mini so he'd give me that! I'm like wow, ok! I barely waited 2 minutes and had delicious hot fresh fries, a hot fresh burger, my small mint oreo blizzard & Dr. Pepper for @$6...not to mention napkins and a dipping ketchup-- have you seen these?! They like ketchup cups, great for eating dipping fries in a car! Fantastic service and AMAZING food every single time I come here...MUCH BETTER than the other chain resteraunt down the street! I'll choose DQ first when it comes to the best fast food in...
