If you are hungry and don't want to spend 12 dollars for a sandwich meal, don't waist your time here. Came here on my lunch break, so didn't have a lot of time. Ordered a sandwich, with chips and a drink, it was almost 13 dollars! So I opted for the half sandwich instead to cut some cost, for a half sandwich, chips and a drink. It was 10 dollars. I get my sandwich and it was tiny. Not even 4 ozs. I said to the manager. "Is this really what I get for 10 dollars?" He said let me see the receipt. "Yes." He said, "you got a drink so that's an extra 2.50. A drink isn't worth 2.50 and a tiny sandwich that I literally ate in 3 bites, is not worth 6.99. I had to go somewhere else to get full and was late getting back to work. Step up your game people. I went to culinary arts school. I know how to cost a menu. Your mark up is extremely high. There is no way that what I got cost anywhere close to 10 dollars worth of food. I literally worked an hour of my time for a tiny sandwich that didn't even add up to a sandwich. It was more like a tapa or an hors d'oeuvre. You would do better as a business, if you did some food costing research and some better portioning control. Because the portions I got were disappointing. Laughable really. If you need me to come show you how to make a sandwich I will. Stop being greedy and do some research in cutting some food cost so you can pass the savings on to your costumer. I'll make my own sandwich from now on thanks. Panera Bread Company you Suck. The bread isn't even that great to be honest. I can buy better bread at Fazzio's and make a sandwich for 10 dollars that could feed 4 people. This sandwich looked like something you would feed a bird, a bird would probably still be hungry too. Try again Panera, nice try but try again. Your sandwich making abilities are shameful....
Read moreI went in loving the food and walked out hating this fricking place and now I can't even think of going back without getting even more frustrated. I went in for one bread and one muffin, and it took just a bit over 20 minutes for them to let me know that they didn't have the bread, and to just get me my single muffin and then wait for the manager for the refund that by that point I was ready to just take the loss. I do not mind that they were out of my bread and I wouldn't have cared if I didn't think anything could have been done, but when I can see how every fricking employee is competing for slowest zombie walk while I'm waiting forever for a single muffin that is when I get super upset. I have bad joint pain at night that leaves me slow hobbling around my house, and I could have beat them in a marathon compared to their speeds. I love their food, but the just terrible slow service for something so simple they just have to grab from the case is what is the issue. This was just terrible on the employees parts and that is when I get angry enough for a bad review cause I know how hard it is to be in the service industry. Am not going back for at least a long time, God dang so much time I'll never get back just sitting on that wall sofa staring at their slow walking and looking at their order tablet that mocked me by letting me know that they were 'prepping' my order. Wonderful food, great lobby and inside, slowest...
Read moreThis used to be a good place to eat. Trying to get someone to stop at the cash register & take a order is nearly impossible. Last 3 times I've been inside, a line of people will form at the register. Multiple employees will walk through, look at people waiting & keep on walking. People speak up & say things like "Is someone going to take my order" but employees just keep on walking. Because of this, I only go through the drive thru. That service has been good until yesterday. I ordered half Greek salad & half Italiano sandwich & some pastries at 5:40 pm. When I got home & opened my food, the salad was half browned lettuce leaf ribs with no lettuce attached. The sandwich was missing garlic aoli, greek dressing & lettuce, and the pain au chocolate was only about 2 1/2 inches wide, which is half the width that they normally are. I also had a scone & a blueberry muffin which were fine. I paid $29.16 for a McDonalds quality meal. McDonalds has much better service. Also, when I bought a variety of bagels about 6 months ago, they were just bread. I never ordered bagels again. When restaurants drastically reduce the quality of their food, they lose customers to the point that they close. I forsee this restaurant going under in the next year. No one is going to pay $30 for bad...
