The tea was pretty good, not my favorite but in their defense, I’m a tough audience. I will say that the customer service was impeccable, and they did enforce mask wearing and social distancing which we really appreciated. The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star review is that the drive thru is closed, and you don’t learn that until you get to the drive thru, at which point it’s very difficult to try to turn around. They should have a sign visible from the street about the drive thru, or maybe block it off to avoid confusion. Love their boba, but their customer service could improve a lot more. The young girls behind the counter completely messed up my order. I asked if they could correct this then proceeded to not help me in anyway then had the audacity to tell me to look up the owners information so I can call. I asked if they had the information on hand but the girl said nope. Felt like I was in high school when all these 5 girls approached me at once. If you were to work there wouldn’t you have a phone number to call your boss. Definitely not wasting my money here nor recommending this place to anyone. These guys need to hire mature...

This place is perhaps the only Boba place that has the perfect ratio of black tea to milk. I'm very picky in that regard. Also, I love honey boba which is not served in many other boba places. Their fruit slushes are tasty from what my parents say and their other tea options are quite popular. My go-to/must-have is a simple Dirty Milk Tea with honey boba.
