Chris took all of the stress and overthinking out of the equation with this experience and made making this purchase easier than I could've ever expected. He was outgoing, courteous, kind, and made sure I was comfortable to ask questions and pick what I wanted without feeling pressured. He was very knowledgeable and friendly so the conversation wasn't weird and I found exactly what I was looking for, for a fraction of the price!!! Customer service is hard to find but not here, Chris took care of me like I was family, he loaded up everything and wouldn't even let me help. Be careful, I went to mattress by appointment looking to buy a firm mattress but the ones in the store were not firm enough so Chris said he could order me an extra firm one for $400.00 and I agreed to that, when I received it it was not firm and when I talked to him about it he told me NO REFUND AND NO RETURNS he then said he would give me a $400.00 credit if I wanted to buy another one, when I went to his store to look at the options (that I’d seen before) he doubled the prices so it would have been like buying a new one without the discount, he suggested that I sell the mattress I already bought to pay for it. We went in today to look at a new king sized mattress. Chris was a huge help, if you need a new mattress please give him a call, my only regret is not going sooner! He was knowledgeable, hospitable, and very professional. The pricing was budget-friendly & we were able to leave with our mattress the same day.
