KFC — Restaurant in Farmington

Customer service was very poor on this visit. When we realized our mistake on the amount of chicken we ordered & asked if we could fix it, we paid for the 2 meal deals. The cashier had to call a shift manager. When the refund was given for the larger order of chicken, there was $5 kept under the screen of the register & not handed back to us. When we paid for the correct amount we wanted, that $5 was handed back to us then. But not the extra $7 plus change that was still owed. When we asked for both receipts, the cashier said the shift manager had to keep it because of the void & claimed he could not print a duplicate. So we then said his drawer might be over at the end of the night. The shift manager, another employee & the cashier counted the drawer. While counting the shift manager put her right hand into her jacket under her left arm pit. Shortly after that they took some receipts & some cash to the office. Was told at the drive up that they didn't have pot pies so I ordered a 8 piece bucket. The lady said all they had was dark meat, this is at 5:30 pm. You know dinner time! I asked why they did t have chicken since all they sell is chicken, a male voice comes over the intercom and says " all we have is dark meat" so I asked is there would be a discounts since I would only get legs and thighs and he said " we only have dark meat, no discount take it or leave it" I hope an owner see this because if I owned this place this kind of attitude would put you straight out the door. These employees don't give two craps about the people who pay them, they think it's the owner but it's really the customers. We bought our $50 meal somewhere else and will never visit this...

Shout out to Mckalee! She was so sweet and nice! I was craving the Nashville tenders so bad! I went to the KFC by Toyota and asked for the Nashville tenders. The lady told me that they no longer had them and if I wanted them that she would have to charge me $3 extra to put the Nashville sauce on some chicken tenders. Ok that’s fine, then I asked for extra pickles with it and she told me there was absolutely no way possible she could give me any pickles AT ALL WITH IT! So I called up this KFC and Mckalee answered and assured me that she would not only give me the Nashville tenders but she would give me EXTRA PICKLES NO QUESTIONS ASKED!
