I have been going to the East side Wendy’s for years. I always go through the drive through and usually have a great experience. This time I tried the drive through and the grease pick up truck was there so I had to go inside. I wish I didn’t have to do that because what I saw next really upsets me and I probably won’t go anymore. I ordered my food and while waiting for it I saw the following.... both of the girls that I saw working on my food had extremely long hair and even though they were in ponytails they were still longer than most girls’ hair. Read moreWent to the E Main Wendy's drive thru tonight. Everything was good until I got home. I ordered an Apple-Pecan Salad and a Southwest Avocado. When I got home my husband read the labels and took the Southwest Avocado. After taking a few bites, he stated he did not think his was a Southwest Avocado. I then went and checked my salad, which I found had the Apple-Pecan label on it, but was in fact was the Southwest Avocado. When I called and spoke to the Manager, all she could offer was an excuse and no remedy. An appropriate apology, not excuses, is what should have occurred; and if she is in charge of training this new person, maybe she should get a more competent employee to...
