0 stars. It's quite embarrassing to say Mcdonalds is the best fast food in Station Park, but after my last visit at this wendys, it's true. I never write reviews but this experience made me want to commit suicide. I also work in foods and have 2+ years of food related experience so I understand that there are mistakes made, but these were completely unacceptable coming from a billion dollar company. I went in with my friends the night of December 16th, 2022. There was no one in the lobby and they were helping the 2 cars in the drive thru, which is totally fine. The doors were unlocked so when we went to order at the counter, the man trying to take our order was being distracted by another employee saying how someone should have locked the doors earlier, instead of letting us in. Which is so embarrassing for the employee trying to guilt trip customers on leaving the restaurant IN FRONT OF the customers. If he wanted us to take the drive thru, he could have asked us, but he did not speak to us. He was keeping the man from taking our orders and then getting upset that he didn't do his job by keeping customers out of the lobby. We were trying to order food and the man taking our orders was almost incapable of taking our order. We assumed he was under the influence of some substance. He couldn't understand what we were saying, which was a 10 piece chicken nugget meal and a frosty. Nothing crazy and out of the ordinary. It took much longer than needed for the simple meal. I would understand if he was training but it seemed like he had been there for a while and was familiar. It definitely made me and my 4 female friends uncomfortable. We ordered our food and while we were waiting on our food we watched the girl put the fries and nuggets in the cartons and bags with UNGLOVED hands. I know this is against health code violations. Which I will be calling health departments Monday morning about this restaurant. Every one with a single brain cell knows ready to eat foods should always be prepared with clean gloved hands. The fact that she was doing this out in the open scares me for what's happening in the back. I promise you the second I get sick I will be coming for the woman that closed this night. We were very uncomfortable with the whole situation so we packed up our stuff and left quickly after we got our food. We had parked across from the drive thru window, we were walking out to our car and an employee from the window WATCHED US get into our car and CATCALLED us when we were walking. Almost all of us were under the age of 18, and I have never been so uncomfortable. We were afraid that he was taking my license plate number or trying to see where we were going. It was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. management and the entire team need to be fired and retrained. I will be calling corporate along with health and safety departments in Davis county...
Read moreI really, really, really, want to rate these guys higher. I just can't quite figure out what is wrong. I love Wendy's breakfast, it is my favorite fast-food breakfast anywhere. I also really like the morning crew here. They seem a little slower than they should be considering how little traffic this store gets. But, they always seem quite nice and usually get my order correct. I work nearby so I order breakfast here at least once or twice a week. The reason I gave them only 2 stars is because of the Lunch and evening crews. I don't know what happens here, but I have ordered lunch and dinner here at least 10 times for my whole family and they have NEVER got the order correct. I'm not talking about leaving pickles on when I requested no pickles. I'm talking about getting the order COMPLETELY wrong, missing several items, throwing in a few items I never asked for, and then billing me for stuff I never ordered. I finally just decided that before we leave, we will open and unwrap every item (which is a huge hassle) and make sure it is correct. (it never is, which means we always have to go back in to fix it). I am really cheering for them. I hope they can get things figured out. I know food service is hurting everywhere due to a labor shortage, but I think that excuse doesn't quite cover the challenges...
Read moreI was so excited to have a Wendy's in Farmington. But I've been here twice. Both times they screwed up my order and made me wait over 15 mins after paying to recieve my food.
Today was the worse screw up. I went around 11:30am there were no cars in the drive through and one family in the restaurant. After waiting in the drive through with a VERY hungry and cranky toddler for my cod sandwich, I went straight home. I opened my food and they have given me a double cheese burger. I don't eat any meat except fish. I called them and the phone rang a bunch but no one answered and no voicemail to leave a message. Such a waste of my money.
The First time I ordered a Cod sandwich, about a week ago, I asked for "the tarter sauce on the side." I had to wait about 10 mins because they had to fresh make the cod. I checked the bag and it had a side of sauce so I figured they understood and I went home. Turns out they put sauce on the sandwich and in a side cup. It was a Friday, very busy and I figured they were just confused. But now I'm not coming back
I'm so disappointed in this place, management needs to train their crew much better and get a voice mail if you can't answer...
