Buddy's Bar-B-Q — Restaurant in Farragut

I walked in to pick up my online order. As I was walking out, I realized something seemed to be missing so I immediately went back in, put the bag on the counter and the cashier and I checked everything. Sure enough, the hawgback potato with extra pork wasn't in the bag. So the cashier was explaining to the woman who was prepping food what it was that was missing. She told the cashier (who is just a very young man, 14 I believe) to double check the bag. He told her we already checked it. He even checked the counter where the online food is kept until pickup and the food wasn't there. She told him to check again. It was at this point I spoke up and told the lady to come check the bag herself because she was not helping by telling the boy to check my bag over and over as if the food was going to magically appear. She got snippy at me, was rude and that's when the manager finally stepped in and handle the situation the way it should have been handled to begin with. The 14 year old cashier did a great job and was very nice but whoever that woman was should probably be washing dishes, cleaning the dining room or something else. She's definitely not...

I am just going to quit using the drive thru! I just came by there and ordered two hawg back potatoes with NO SAUCE but when I got home I open up my container and of course there's sauce on my potatoes! I get so frustrated with them doing this so often!! I always ask for no sauce regardless of what I order so I usually wind up checking before I leave the parking lot and turn around to go back for a replacement order because half the time they make it wrong but today I was exhausted and just wanted to get home and eat. I guess I should learn to either go elsewhere for food or go inside to order that way I can help them make my food the way I order it because they can't seem to get it right. I love their food and I really hate to complain about it because it is very good food. You cannot get a loaded baked potato anywhere else as big as theirs and they charge a great price for it! All of the employees are very nice and friendly but I think they get overwhelmed with business which is why they make mistakes with my orders. The food is pretty good, but I had the absolute worst service from any food worker here. I had asked the cashier if there were dry rub options in sandwiches, and she told me that the sandwiches came without sauce, and that you added the sauce on your own. When I got my food, the sandwich had sauce (not a problem, i know that they will fix the issue.) I brought my sandwich to the counter and explained to the cashier the issue, and she told me that sandwiches come with sauce. Confused, I told her that that was not what she had told me when I ordered. She then got hateful with me and had a lot of attitude, saying, "You had asked about dry rub, but that's a totally different thing. It's called plain. Order it that way from now on."
