Just recently switched from Verizon, customer for 15 yrs. I was told about promotional plan ( bring your own device) for unlimited internet for 2 lines 40$ a line. Three days after switching I happened to look online at contract and realized no discount had been applied. After calling us cellular customer support I was told that promotion takes affect after 3rd month and was only good for 24 months. Also if I was to purchase a new phone discounts would be voided. A.J was the employee that handled my switch over. Can I just say....”Awesome”. I wish every company had people like AJ working for them.
