Just recently switched from Verizon, customer for 15 yrs. I was told about promotional plan ( bring your own device) for unlimited internet for 2 lines 40$ a line. Three days after switching I happened to look online at contract and realized no discount had been applied. After calling us cellular customer support I was told that promotion takes affect after 3rd month and was only good for 24 months. Also if I was to purchase a new phone discounts would be voided. Just 3 days and I have been lied to and miss informed of the plan details just so they could make a sale. I just switched from Verizon to U.S. Cellular. I am 2 weeks in and very pleased with the phone and data service so far. My bill went way down due to the special they were running. A.J was the employee that handled my switch over. Can I just say....”Awesome”. I wish every company had people like AJ working for them. He did an awesome job and went above and beyond through the entire process! I would highly recommend this store to anyone.
