7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Fayetteville

7 Brew coffee is a great company, they provide fast service and strong coffee in a variety of flavors. They also use the cup sizes small, medium, and large unlike some other competition. The service is fast and organized as they have two lanes and patrolling employees with tablets, ready to take your orders. Ive even met the owner and their kids and they are all good people. The reason I rate this 7 brew 3 stars despite all the good qualities is from my experience today. As I pulled up to order my Coffee the employee took my order and I paid. As I went to put my tip on the tablet I was Met with a disgusting screen. The tablet looked like a toddler had been playing with it all day, smears and who knows what were covering most of the screen. I recommended they wipe the screen down and was met with a laugh as he took it as a joke. I didnt say anything and pulled up to grab my coffee and the guy who was handing out coffees repeatedly wiped his nose with the back of his hand. I got my coffee and left but I wouldnt reccommend getting your coffee here if you have a weak...

Whoever planned the driveway situation needs to rethink it. The 7Brew customers take up the entire driveway that is meant for multiple businesses and I have seen several wrecks as a result of poor directions given to those drivers. I also often see them attempting to turn in from the turn lane expecting people driving on the road to stop for them. At the very least there should be signs indicated that they need to stay on one side of the driveway, even though it should be common sense to leave room for other drivers attempting to pull in. It would be great if y'all could use your own driveway instead of taking up the already existing one for business that were already there. The coffee and the workers are great, just really really poor planning on the owners'/whoever...

I’m not sure the nicest way to say this but the girl handing us our drinks was not only more concerned with talking to Josh but was also openly asking him to join her in making fun of the next order coming in. I’m trying to be constructive here but to be completely disregarded like that was awful. I understand having those days but maybe don’t be on the drive-through if you don’t want to talk to customers. Plus the lids weren’t even on our drinks. I did not order a 7brew car sent but ended up with not only that but a beautiful puddle in my floor boards. I’m so tired of this. I’ll be stopping elsewhere next time as I did not want a swimming pool of coffee in my car just because a little girl wanted to flirt instead of do what she is paid for. I hate...
