I came here with my girlfriend months and months ago because she needed fluids badly. The time then was pleasant, unfortunately we had to come back early this morning as she was dangerously low on fluids again. This time was beyond superb, and mostly thanks to the new practitioner that was giving her the IV. Nurse Hannah is an absolutely outstanding woman, and even better medical provider! From the time we walked in with a warm welcome from the staff, all the way until we left a little over an hour later, it was 10/5 stars! Hannah, while setting up vitals, engaged in some caring small talk and asked us questions to better cater the service to us, which we were very thankful for. From her warming up towels for my shivering girlfriend, or bringing me coffee (with creamer!) while I waited for the drip to finish, she gave us above and beyond care! And it did not go unnoticed! Do not go to this location! Apparently they’re just letting “phlebotomists” practice on people now. I have veins so large even the legally blind can see them. This woman decided to be cute and start fishing for the smallest vein on my arm. It got so bad I nearly passed out and had to tell her to take the needle out of my arm. She said she could go get the other woman who was “really good” but I didn’t need someone “really good” at their job, I just needed the most basic level of competence. I’m not even sure how she expected to push an entire mega Myers at a flow rate of anything quicker than molasses with her vein choice.

Edited to respond to company: What does the needle size have anything to do with my review? If she had used the massive vein on my arm she could have hit it blindfolded, regardless of the needle size. Seems you don’t want to respond to the very real part of my review where I complained about being used as a practice dummy for your nurse who obviously hasn’t placed an...

Accidentally stumbled across this place at their grand opening and decided to go in and give it a shot. So glad I did! Everyone was very welcoming and informative (shout out to Brandon and Jordan, super nice!) I ended up getting the comprehensive blood panel, which I fully recommend doing, which was followed by a meeting with a nutritionist. She was able to go over all my results and tell me every deficiency I had along with some advice on how to calm down some the stress and anxiety I was having at the time. She ended up putting me on a plan for the balance brain drip along with the simply sunshine shot. After 6 weeks of treatment, I feel amazing! I didn’t realize how stressed out I was living on a daily basis until my stress levels got lower. My anxiety has gone way down and now I’m trying out their NAD drip that I can’t wait for....
