CAVA — Restaurant in Fayetteville

First time at CAVA. Met a friend for lunch. Not over crowded, just a very steady busy of customers coming, picking up meals, etc. Food was delicious, I really liked the options (meat and vegetarian) and how staff give tastes if you're unsure if you will like something or not! Portions are surprising, many were leaving with containers of leftovers, including my lunch friend and me: too good to waste! The atmosphere was a little loud for my taste, but not uncomfortable. Ironically, it does make for a sort of privacy - someone would have to get really close in order to listen in, lol. Something that impressed me the most: no matter how many customers, staff efficiently and politely took orders, prepared the orders, and served the customers so quickly, the line moved amazingly fast. I was sitting at a table near the entrance, interested in how well the crew worked together, and always thanking their customers and practicing great customer service.

CAVA dining area and bathroom (ladies bathroom) clean and wheelchair accessible. The only downside, parking spaces are limited, but there are other parking options within the same parking lot. Great food, great lunch,...

The service here is terrible. I come here all the time and there are two employees that really stand out to me due to their trash customer service skills and bad attitudes. I asked for topping and was given ONE single tomato and had to ask for more, whilst the man (Caucasian man with glasses) proceeded to barely give me any toppings. I continuously had to ask for more toppings, which I don’t usually do but the portions I was receiving were so minuscule. He then pushed my bowl to the side and helped the next customer without finishing my order. Then the man at the register continued to stare at me until I had to ask him to add the sauce. The man at the register was even more rude and didn’t make eye contact or ask if I wanted a receipt or anything. He then halfway placed a lid on my bowl and pushed it to the side and then looked away like I didn’t exist. These two employees really bring down the moral and atmosphere of the store and always cause me to have a less than enjoyable experience when I come to this location. Trash service and...

I got a takeout build a bowl for my first experience here. Food was very tasty with a lot of fun flavor options. I'm on an allergen elimination diet for my nursing baby and was pleasantly surprised when reviewing their allergen menu online that I could have most of their menu, and still enjoy a really flavorful, filling bowl of food. The price isn't bad for the quality when you consider you can't even get most fastfood combos for under $10 these days. They've definitely found a way to make healthfood craveable with their dressings and dips. I noticed they had a lot of fun drink flavors too that I look forward to trying in the future. I have to ding them a star because it was missing two scoops of my chosen spread/dip. I noticed they had a lot of items "out of stock" when I ordered online and wondered if mine had also run out of stock in the time it took to place my order, but even if so, I would've appreciated some form of communication so that I could have elected a different...
