I typically don’t leave reviews unless I’m really impressed or highly disappointed, but even then I let a lot slide but I’m tired of not saying anything for the same experience. This Chipotle is usually busy and that’s not news, it’s popular I feel due to the location and I appreciate the location. However, busy should not equal rude. The last few times I have gotten food from here, including today there are two girls working there that seem like they are nice, but are so overwhelmed, they come off as rude. They rush to get stuff done and get upset when they keep focusing on the door, I feel my portions or even less than what the rule is they already have. I had burritos so small, you would be surprised what all I asked for to go in them, same with the bowls. I understand a limit, but it’s so ridiculous for the price you pay and then for the one typically on mobile to give you an attitude. I hate it because we have two locations, I don’t go to the Dickson location due to its placement and this one is just easier to get in and out of without worrying about parking. I use to eat Chipotle way more often, but it’s just been so inconsistent on N. College that I cut back drastically. I wanted to share my experience because I was fed up, I don’t know if this will help, but I feel better saying something than nothing. The goal isn’t to get anyone in trouble, but just give a heads up on customer service is still important and giving someone something that paid for...
Read moreI’ve had Chipotle at different locations in multiple cities / states and this is bar far the worst & poorest operated location of them all. Consistently dirty, consistently out of certain ingredients, consistently slow, and when all the food is available, it’s consistently not cooked well. I can’t wrap my mind around why there is one employee who just stands at the register while one person try’s to prepare the food for the entire line. Every other location I’ve visited, has some type of tag team system where one employee starts the order and another takes over to finish and rings. Here they just shamelessly watch as one person just struggles to do it all while the line grows. There is no sense of urgency, no sense of team work. If it gets busy why not jump in and help your fellow employee out ? At least that way you can get all the customers out so you can just go back to standing around? Don’t know is this is a management thing, or just another case of Gen Z, but yeah, it’s crazy to see.. anyway…. Save your money, save your time, and just avoid this location at all cost. Sucks because this is the only one in this area. Wish Chipotle corporate would step in and...
