So today is October 2023 I am updating my review. The one below is from a few months ago. But I need to make another statement that one of the employees there keeps pretending like she is a shift leader, or a manager, which we all know she isn’t ! She never will be conducting her self this way Plus, they forgot my polar pizza when I ordered on Uber the guy that picked up the phone that same day apologize sincerely which he was wonderful said that he would put my name on the polar pizza for me to pick up the next day unfortunately I was not able to. That’s why I order Uber is sometimes I can’t make it on that side of town. So when I called her a couple days later, she pretended as she was the manager and I knew who it was because she pretends to be in i hire Position I guess because she knows she don’t care u know those people that want things handed just in case it’s a complaint on her it does not get to the management!! If I were the owner of this business, she would be out of there so quick. And I am going to post. HER NAME l ((((JAIANA )))) see I’m a very well-known customer repeat customer and it seems to be there all the other employees enjoy their jobs because they know they can lose them just as easy. So if I were you, I would look up the ways to be more professional and to learn your place of what you were hired for, and not to pretend like you were above your coworkers. Because see I own a business, and if I ever found that out, they would be fired immediately . So hopefully the owner and the management will see this post and do right by this. Also, when I called that day and I asked her for a shift leader or a manager, and she said uhhhh what’s wrong!?! I said, are you a shift leader manager she said uhhh yes, I am in a very high-pitched voice trying to sound like someone else and I said oh OK what’s your name again so I know who I’m talking to, she had the nerve to say ignorantly oh, we are not allowed to give out our names!?! Say what? Because first of all, that’s a Dagon LIE BECAUSE IF YOU’RE HAVING A COMPLAINT ABOUT AN ORDER AND YOU GO UP THERE FOR IT TO BE CORRECTED THE MANAGERS ALWAYS SAY WELL. MY NAME IS SO-AND-SO JUST LET THEM KNOW who sent you. So here we are a year later from the post below since I can’t post different reviews. SMH. But I will be letting the actual manager know about her. I will say there is a couple of employees that are absolutely AMAZING CHRISTIAN , DREW ,JORDAN & ASHLYNN AND I WILL GET THE OTHERS NAMES AND POST ,SO OTHER PEOPLE THERE ARE WONDERFUL, SO HUNNY ITS POSIBLE TO BE A PROFESSIONAL grow up. THIS STARTS THE OLD REVIEW. Iwould give zero stores if I could to leave a comment, they have some lazy, rude, unprofessional, none work ethic, disrespectful young adults that don't want to work working there all the time, every time I order something online they act like they can get away with everything! So whoever's working on this night on 10/7/2022 I will be calling the owner and let them know about that shift that was working at 7:00 p.m. at night, first off they have two options for ice cream a fresh pack & a prepacked ice cream prepacked it comes straight from the factory and it is put in the freezer for people to buy right off the shelf then they have the option that you can get them to scoop the ice cream and give you the ice cream that's inside the cooler that is called Fresh packed either they give you a half a container, or they send you two prepacked ice creams but then this time they decided to be funny or just absolutely lazy that they got tired of scooping the first one and decided just to go ahead and send the other one as 1 free pack one fresh pack. That's okay though if they don't want to work they don't have to work there anymore. , and I would definitely be hiring someone else in their place. Read moreSo we decided to get an ice cream cake from Baskin Robbins on Skibo road Saturday.We were excited because we had this kind before and remember the delicious crunch it had as well as Gooey brownie..Well we got it home and the cake we paid for which was a fudge crunch cake had no crunch.I called and explained we were missing the crunch and was told by a young man name David who said he was the manager that he remembered us and he would pass info on to call decorator to call us the next day..The next day came no call so I decided to call and speak to someone over him and a young lady answered and stated that she was not told to call me back but saw my name about the cake issue..ok so I again explained we paid for a fudge crunch ice cream cake but it was missing the crunch.She ask for info under cake .I read it off she said it was mislabeled that's why it happened..she said can you take a picture of it and send it to me.. I said I can do you one better and bring it back we only ate alittle bit of it..She said ok then we can refund or swap it for another one.She said which one do you want to do..I said refund.So i bought it back and was met by eye rolls from David and young lady ..no hello..sorry nothing..the young lady took the cake and the decorator I guess came and dug a spoon in it and ask what's the problem.I explained again she said this is our fudge crunch cake..I said no there is no crunch at all that's FALSE ADVERTISEMENT...She said well I will call the owner ..After she calls owner she says we can offer you a 5.00 gift card is all..I told her no thank you keep the gift card cake and 30.00 because you all need it more then me.We will never and I do mean never eat from here again or refer anyone here.I drove all the way from Raeford and was under the impression that I was going in for a refund as I requested when ask which would I like..There Customer service is bad from top down and it shows in there product. Who treats customers like that..Wais of time...
Read morePricey and slow service. I came here with my family of five around six pm and there were four employees on staff but not doing much and moving slowly. We were the second customer in line and waited almost 10 minutes for them to complete the order in front of us before someone asked what we wanted. We ordered 4 small and one medium milkshake from the young lady that took our order. She was sweet and friendly but I had to explain the order to her a few times before she got it. A young man rang us up as she started getting the first shake ready. Since one small and the medium were the same flavor, she asked if she could make them in the same blender, which I said made sense. There were at least 2 blender stations there and a few blender pitchers in the sink. She made the small and medium and handed them to us and then went to the back. After several minutes she came back out and I asked where the other 3 small shakes were and she asked me if someone had already given them to me. Obviously I said no with a confused look on my face and asked how long the wait was going to be. She then tells me she thought someone else was making them and then she made each small shake, one at a time and we waited for another 10 minutes for the rest of them. At this point the other two are melting and her frustration was visible. She seemed very irritated and nobody seemed too concerned that we were waiting for almost 20 minutes for 5 shakes. The people there moved so slow and really had no sense of urgency to take care of the customer. The shake was delicious, but very pricey and by the time we got the last one, the first two were practically liquid. We got a very insincere, almost snotty, “sorry” and were on our way. For what I paid, I would have expected way better...
