Queen bee boba tea — Restaurant in Fayetteville

Walked in with no other customer inside, no greeting, no i’ll be right with you, just silence. Four employees present more concerned about cleaning and completely ignored me standing right in front of the register. The girl with bandana wearing a red hot chili peppers shirt made direct eye contact with me and continued to clean and walked away. Having worked in the restaurant industry, I can say even when it is busy or on a deep clean day I still make my guest feel welcomed or at least tell them that I’ll be right with them. But having four employees staffed and me being the only customer other than a door dasher waiting is terrible customer service. Usually my experience is good but this time around the staff was inattentive and makes me hesitant to come back again. Keep in mind it is a saturday and I came at 8:00, they close at 9. And to reiterate again, there were 4 employees cleaning. Not even one greeted me or acknowledged that I was just standing there for 4 minutes. If it were the case that they thought possibly I was a doordash driver they would’ve asked. They didn’t even say a word to me. Giving it 4 stars cause I think there’s still room for improvement. I’ve been here couple of times, tried their signature Bee brown sugar with Creme brulee and it was heaven! It’s so yummy and creamy and the sweetness is on point. The boba mixed with brown sugar is delightful! Came back and tried another one of their signature drink which is matcha latte and it was bland, no flavor at all. You can taste the matcha but it’s not really good compared to other matcha teas I’ve tried. Gave them another chance of trying other drinks so came back and tried the taro and it’s the same, I was not happy with it. It’s bland and no flavor at all but just a hint of taro. The bobas that came with it has no flavor too. I came back again and just ordered my usual fave which is the bee brown sugar and that’s really good. So I guess I will keep coming back to this store but will just keep ordering the bee brown sugar. I might try their fruit teas in the future but never the other milk teas unless otherwise improved in flavor. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. They are very helpful in the menus! We've been here MULTIPLE times since we moved out here in the beginning of June. I'm sure the workers there already remember us.

We have tried many flavors, and they all turn out so delicious I'm starting to have a hard time which one I want to choose from whenever I go back.

This boba place has many non-dairy options so it's great for those who don't do well with lactose.

They have options for children if you don't want to give them caffeine from the teas. They also suggest to lessen the sugar levels for them with the milky drinks because they can get super sweet. You can do this with ALL the drinks if needed.

There is cure decor around the area. The backdrop wall is beautiful.

We have tried the other boba places nearby like Kung-fu Tea and Share Tea, and we have always gravitated and would rather make the drive to Queen bee due to their many options.

Now, they even have mochi donuts now, so MMMM. Make sure you try those when you stop by too!

Their service is amazing! Their drinks are delicious! Their mochi donuts are YUM! The overall boba store is one to go to if you need your boba fix!
