Got breakfast on Tuesday, around 830am. This is the first time ever that Biscuitville grub was not amazing…out of 100+ times. I’ve never been to this specific restaurant before and I will not go back. English muffin: stale Eggs: taste and texture of rubber. Like eggs get it they are nuked Bacon: NOT crispy like usual, undercooked, stringy. Bacon was similar to the OTHER big breakfast chain in our state….rhymes with Floflangles. Their bacon is supposed to be what really sets them apart…Failed! Cinnamon rolls: now these things are usually very good and I get them often. I ordered 2. They usually come in a cardboard box so the cinnamon topping doesn’t get stuck to the paper. Problems with both of the ones I ordered: they were wrapped in paper like a biscuit. A tiny amount of topping was added to them and what was there was stuck to the paper. On top of that, they were burned. Like visibly and obviously burned. Someone cooked these, saw they were charred and not fit to feed to a start dog, then failed to attempt to hide the campfire taste with the proper amount of topping, then they wrapped them in paper and sent them out. I’ve never worked in fast food, but I cannot imagine I would serve something that was charred black to a paying customer. Staff was friendly enough…nothing special, nothing terrible. But the same staff made the errors above. So my rating remains the lowest possible rating. As I said, I would not go back to this...
Read moreFirst time visiting a biscuitville! We always pass by but I knew I had to try it because the line is usually wrapped around the building & I love breakfast food!
We decided to dine in, had people sitting inside but no line. We were greeted when we entered. They were very nice and helpful with recommendations & being patient while we looked over the menu, like he was happy to serve us. Service was fast. Loved it!
Food was delicious! Everything, the biscuit, the sausage tasted so good with the egg and cheese on the biscuit (soft and fluffy, then kinda crispy too), the hash brown was nice and crispy! The sausage gravy was so good I didn't need to add salt or nothing.. and got me a to go lid for that because I going to use it LOL
Yal... the tea was sweet and good, I even refilled it to take on the road lol..
Biscuits had me thinking it was small but once I started and finished it left NOTHING to be desired.. around lunch I wish I had a biscuit in my pocket but anyway...
Husband had the new corned beef hash biscuits & it was good as well. You can't get good corned beef everywhere so... yeah
It was less than $40 for both our meals.
Def great taste for a fast food spot ...Will be back (maybe tomorrow LOL) & Would recommend!
Con: tables were dirty & I felt my cheese should've been fully melted but...
Read moreI couldn't give the place zero Stars cuz there was a button for that.... I've been coming here for about the last 2 months twice a week on foot with my dog through the drive-thru and getting biscuits.....each time I spend about $15... It's easy convenient and along my route for my morning walk with my dog every morning between 5:30 and 7:00 never had a problem until today.... I go up to the drive-thru and the lady opens the window and asks if she can help me and I say yeah I'd like two steak biscuits a hash brown and a side of gravy and she said hold on let me ask my manager if we can do a walk up..... Less than a minute later she comes back to window and says that the lobby was open but I can't bring my dog in....... Every other fast food restaurant in the entire universe stopped doing the no walk-up order policy during covid when truckers were complaining that they weren't able to get food.... I don't know how I've never had a problem with this the last 2 months coming twice a week on foot through the drive-thru and all of a sudden today it's a big issue cuz they don't do walk ups.... Unless they can do something to fix this I'm taking my $30 a...
