Panda Express — Restaurant in Fayetteville

This was our first visit to this location. Everything about it screams 'brand new' and we really enjoyed ourselves. There was only one issue I had and I wasn't going to mention it but (for me) it made a difference between a '5' rating and a '4' rating: Portion sizes for the a-la-carte dishes.

I got two a-la-carte entrees (one large and one medium-sized) and I believe I was shorted in both containers. I'm wishing I'd taken photos of the food inside of the containers as soon as I saw it, but neither of the containers had enough food in them to come close to the upper limit of the container's storage capacity. I'm talking at least one or maybe two scoops of food were missing in each. Not insignificant.

Next time, I'm going to check my to-go order before leaving the restaurant to be sure I get everything I paid for. If this food were free, I wouldn't even mention this but it's not. I should get what I paid for and that's just that. I bear half of the responsibility for that because I should have checked. However, I don't also serve the food, so I think my assessment is fair.

I'll definitely revisit this location, though, because everything else was great -- staff, cleanliness, food quality, decor...

I was excited about this new location in town. I decided to give it a try. I stopped by tonight(Sat.)at about 7:30 p.m. All I went there after was for an orange chicken, white rice bowl & an order of spring rolls. I was advised that they were out of white rice & weren’t going to make any more as well as only had 1 spring roll & weren’t going to make anymore to complete my order of 2 spring rolls per order. When I asked them what time they close I was advised it wouldn’t be until 10:00 p.m. 2 1/2 hours later. Well as I sat there eating my food several customers came in & were wondering as well why the lack of food prepared with no intention on making any more. The employees where standing around talking when they could of been preparing more food to accommodate all the customers that were looking for basic choices like orange chicken, white rice, spring rolls ect. The young man that cashed me out was very friendly however I couldn’t help but wonder what the owners of this location would think if...

Went into restaurant a little after 6pm on a Saturday. Very well staffed (standing around doing nothing) and NOT busy. Were out of at least 3 entrees. One that my husband requested we were told that’s not enough for a serving and they did not offer to cook it!!! There were 2 cheese rangoons available (a full order is 3). We asked how long it would take to cook some. They said 3 minutes. We asked them to cook them. They said they would bring to our table and never did. After we finished eating my husband went up to counter and asked for a refund and our fortune cookies which we did not get either. They tried to give him the rangoons then but he declined as we were finished eating. They said they needed to speak to the manager regarding a refund. When asked where the manager was, she was sitting in the dining area talking with another employee.The manager offered to provide us with the rangoons as the previous employee and offered nothing more. We left without the refund and will very likely...
