I went in to the Chipotle on Raeford road to grab something to eat around 4:45 on Dec 29. The lines were long and the service was slow. They were obviously short staffed as the grill cook was running back and forth making all the food by him self in the kitchen area. He was mixing rices in one area and cooking on two different grills at the same time while cutting meats. I told the young man making the orders I wanted a refund as been waiting to long for our food and the young grill man asked what I was waiting on politely and managed to get fresh cut chicken and brisket up on top of my son's hard shell taco I was told there weren't any cooked or ready. He was definitely over worked but still managed to make fresh hot food even if it took a little longer then expected working by himself. The food was good at least despite the waiting in line for a while. When it came to leave, I was trapped in my car due to the long line of cars wrapped around the building. I was forced to sit in my car and wait as the parking lot is so small I couldn't back up without hitting another car. Around 545, the grill person came out to leave and got in the car next to mine. 10 minutes later he got out the car and tried to get his driver to back out. I rolled my window to ask what was going on and he politely explained what was going on and asked if i was trying to leave which I said yes to. I explained how I been sitting in my car for almost 30 minutes trying to leave. He then managed to direct cars and make it possible for me to back up and safely pull out to leave. He apologized for the inconvenience and maintained a professional attitude despite how tired he looked. It's good to see Chipotle has a few good employees who don't mind working when...
Read moreHorrible location, the “Chipotlane” is a joke. The last three experiences here have been terrible. The last time my husband went to pick up our order they claimed not to have it and to park and wait then get back into the drive thru lane. Understandably my husband gave the wrong last name but the girl at the window was in such a hurry to shoo him she didn’t take seconds to ask if it could possibly be under another last name. So he parks and waits about 15 mins, gets back in line to wait another 10 or so minutes, and a different girl opens the window and when he gives the name again she says she did not see an order for that name and asks if it was under another name. What do you know it’s ready. It was probably ready the first time around but the girl was in too much of a hurry and by time my husband gets home over a hour later with the food it’s ice cold. We live 6 mins from this location.
As for tonight, the line is backed into Panda Express so my husband goes inside and he’s informed they’re 30 mins behind and is the fifth person to ask for their order. They said they’re so busy because the Ramsey St location is closed. I don’t know if it’s lack of employees or poor management but we will not be ordering from this...
Read moreI’ve been a regular at this Chipotle for quite some time, and overall, it’s a solid spot for a quick and satisfying meal. The ingredients are fresh, and the portions are generous, which is exactly what you’d expect from Chipotle. My go-to is the burrito bowl, and it’s consistently flavorful and filling.
However, there are a couple of areas where they could improve. One noticeable issue is that the trash cans can often be overfilled, especially during peak hours, which detracts from the otherwise clean environment. Additionally, parking can be a bit of a challenge—there’s very limited space, so finding a spot can be frustrating, especially during busy times.
Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience is still very positive. The atmosphere is clean and modern, and it’s a reliable choice when you’re in the mood for something quick and tasty. If you’re a fan of Chipotle, this location is definitely worth a visit—just be prepared for the occasional parking struggle and keep an eye out for the...
