This is my second time and last time. I was interested in two drumsticks and a side of Mac and cheese. So I asked the lady what's the price for a two-piece dinner. In reality I will be spending the same amount on a two-piece dinner so I told the lady give me a two-piece dark with mac and cheese and a Sprite. We don't sell Sprite. Okay I get to the house it's something totally different. So yesterday 9/16/2024 around 6/7 PM my mom said she wanna stop by Bojangle. So we went to drive-thru she was interested in the wings. The lady asked would you like. Spicy or regular, regular please. My mom asked for two side. The lady stated on one side come with the meal you have to pay extra for the second side. THE PEOPLE AT BOJANGLES ON RAMSEY STREET APPARENTLY NEED NEW MANAGEMENT AND NEW EMPLOYEES THEY ARE GOING TO RUN THAT PLACE INTO THE GROUND MY 80-YEAR-OLD GRANDMOTHER AFTER CHURCH SERVICE, PAID $29 AND SOME CHANGE 24-PIECE DINNERS WITH SWEET TEAS AND FOR 4 PIECE SUPREME FOR MY DOG. SHE HAD TO WAIT FOR FRESH SUPREMES. OK COOL. AFTER SHE WAITED FOR HER FOOD THEY BOUGHT THE ORDER OUT AND SHE DROVE HOME. UPON ARRIVAL SHE GOT TO THE KITCHEN AND REALIZED THEY GAVE HER WHAT THEY FELT LIKE APPARENTLY INSTEAD OF WHAT SHE PAID FOR. THEY GAVE HER A 4 PIECE SUPREME AND 2 CHICKEN BISCUITS FOR 29 BUCKS INSTEAD OF A 4 PIECE SUPREME AND TWO 4 PIECE DINNERS WHICH IS EQUIVALENT TO HER 29 BUCKS . OF COURSE I DROVE BACK UP THERE FOR HER AND GOT WHAT SHE PAID FOR. BUT DAMN MAN. COME ON....

I should have known better when at midday they only had one of the two drive thru windows open. I orderd the 3 piece tenders dinner. The chicken was ok. I ordered Pintos and Unsweet tea. What I got was greasy limp fries (I never order fries at any store) and grossly sweetened tea. I blame the manager for the staff's being so short handed that quality suffered. On top of poor service the location is the absolute worst. One way in and two ways out. All three into heavily trafficed areas. If you aren't coming or going in the directions available you end up traveling around the block. I like BoJ's chicken but will never return to...
