I had an appointment for 10 am on 20 June. I was so excited to get my hair done after being overseas for several months - it was going to be the best day ever! Drove 40 min through a rain storm to get there. I arrived 6 min late and apologized. However my stylist wasn’t there, and I was told that she wouldn’t be there until around 10:40 because she thought my appt was actually at 11:00. What a disappointment, especially when she was the one who suggested the time. I didn’t stay - largely because I couldn’t spend all morning there, I had just returned from overseas and had 100 things to do. I didn’t get an I’m sorry. Not a single phone call to say let’s reschedule. Nothing. This was the second time something like this happened for me at this salon - previously I showed up for an AM appt and no one was there for about 15 min after the appt (and I was left waiting outside of a closed salon). I’d love to give this place another chance one day, but in the meantime, I’ll take my business somewhere else and warn that you need to double...

Went there to get my hair cut and colored showed pictures and was very specific on what I wanted, even told the girl if she wasn't comfortable doing it to tell me. I got neither, my hair is so jacked up now! The girl felt bad and tried to get the owner to fix it for me but she wouldnt make time to do so, you would think she would care about her salons rep. A little more! I ended up going back to a different stylist that was supposedly the best at the stacked Bob (what I wanted) i told her I didn't want to go shorter just even it out. Well now my hair is up to my chin and the right side is shorter then the left! Not to mention my color never got fixed. (I wanted an ombre and she colored my whole head trailer trash blonde) They want me to come back to fix the color but I honestly don't want to give them anymore of my time and money because no one seems to listen to what I want!...
