My Wife's review. Gaston Brewing Company On Hay St in Downtown Fayetteville....Guys this place was On Point...From the time we walked in until we left we were treated like Royalty!!! We were seated immediately and they gave special seating to accommodate Web's Leg with No problem. We ordered our drinks and they were brought to us with such speed that we know sooner sat down on the drinks were waiting for us. We did get an appetizer we got there fresh Wisconsin cheese curds deep fried let me tell you those were some of the best cheese curds I've ever had they did not disappoint well worth the cost of them. And let me say this too the cost of this restaurant is very reasonably priced and the portion sizes for what you pay is amazing you definitely get your money's worth. I would say that the average pricing of this restaurant is within the $8. to $20 range per entree or appetizers. I got the Gaston Burger which was a thick Burger that had onion straws swiss cheese pickles and barbecue sauce it got all over my face it was incredibly cooked to perfection the bun was nice and soft and the french fries were the best I've ever had. Web got their sirloin steak sandwich it was really good too it was thin slices of sirloin steak grilled onions and swiss cheese on grilled rye bread ....very very tasty. For dessert we split A slice of cheesecake with caramel sauce my goodness so creamy so good like I said our service was outstanding the staff is friendly and welcoming and the food is served in a timely manner it's prepared fresh you couldn't ask for better food. The atmosphere is upbeat There were people in there that are pretty much all age ranges from college student ages all the way up to our age so anybody can enjoy it. There's also outside seating if it's needed. Overall it was a very good experience check out our pictures and we will definitely definitely be back thanks guys for a two thumbs up five star...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – A Perfect Night Out!
From the moment we walked in, this place was buzzing with good vibes—and it only got better from there. The beer selection is top-notch, clearly crafted with care and creativity. Whether you're into hoppy IPAs, smooth stouts, or something crisp and refreshing, there's a brew here with your name on it. Each one we tried had a unique character, and you can tell they take pride in their craft.
The food? Incredible. Far beyond typical pub fare—think elevated comfort food with bold flavors and perfect execution. Everything we ordered was hot, fresh, and clearly made with quality ingredients. You won’t leave hungry, and you will be planning your next meal here before the night's even over.
Adding to the experience was the live music, which was the perfect soundtrack for the evening—fun, not overpowering, and just the right kind of energy to keep the whole place lively.
But what truly made our visit unforgettable was our server, Cabrina. She was hands-down one of the best servers we've ever had. Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and absolutely on top of everything without ever feeling rushed or intrusive. She had great recommendations, a warm smile, and made us feel genuinely welcome. You can tell she cares about the guests and takes real pride in what she does. Cabrina deserves a raise, a medal, and her own beer named after her!
Whether you're a local or just passing through, this brewery restaurant is an absolute must-visit. Great beer, amazing food, awesome vibes—and if you're lucky enough to have Cabrina as your server, you're in for a five-star experience from start to finish.

Read moreMy husband, daughter, and I visited this place for late lunch today and we were not impressed with the food at all. To start, we waited quite a while to be acknowledged for a table. Eventually, once we were noticed, we were sat immediately (at a sticky, dirty table) and told that our waitress would be over shortly. We ordered waters and an orange juice which came within a reasonable time. Our food, on the other hand, was unreasonably slow considering there were only 2 tables of two customers with food orders ahead of us. Our appetizer (Jalapeño Popper Balls) and our toddler's entrée (chicken tenders with apple sauce) took such an excessive amount of time to come out - especially for the chicken tenders to be severely overcooked. I could barely cut into it with the knife provided since she couldn't eat it uncut. I had to ask for a spoon for the applesauce (we were only given two sets for three people). Only half the popper balls actually had jalapeños in them, as well. My husband got the Chicken Tinga Tacos with tortilla chips & salsa. He described the dry chicken as overcooked and "sawdust"-like in texture. The shredded cheese on top looked like it was melted in the microwave (semi-translucent in opacity and hard) and was overall unpleasant. He did say he liked the chips and salsa, however. My entrée was the crispy chicken sandwich, buffalo style, and was - surprise, ALSO dry as could be. The fries on the side were incredibly overcooked, hard, and unpleasant as well. Considering the atmosphere of the restaurant, we expected so much more from the food. Spending time on decor and trendy designs can only take a place so far if the food is neglected in comparison. Extremely disappointed in our...
