The first thing you'll notice upon walking in to Prima Elements is the calm relaxing atmosphere that instantly causes the stress of your day to leave! Prima Elements is my "go to" place for so many things such as yoga, meditation, CBD, and essential oils. I have also attended several classes there in nutrition and health that have changed the way I view the food that I eat and the way I take care of my general health. My review would not be complete if I didn't mention their avocado roll-ups... OMGOSH... I caution you that if you eat one, you'll be hooked forever and that's a good thing! Visit Prima Elements, you will be glad you did! I’m adding to this review so that I can attach a photo of the avocado roll-up I purchased for lunch today! *Update (08/20/21): I wrote this review almost one year ago and wanted to say that I still stand behind every word of it! Still one of my favorite places... if you are looking for healing energy and good people who are very knowledgeable in the holistic, clean way of life....,you will find that here!

The only time I leave reviews is when a place is either really bad or really good so run to Prima don’t walk! Lol! Last year when I started my journey (consistently) I found Prima! It was next to my son’s school. Y’all can go ask I was there EVERY day if I could be! I was mad one Monday because they were closed & that Tuesday we laughed a while! Audrianna & Adrian have so much knowledge on health & wellness I enjoyed every moment of listening & learning! I started out with an apple a day & nachos! I was willingly giving my paycheck (I’m not exaggerating Lol) that’s how good the food is! In my mind I was like there’s absolutely no way there’s no meat in this! I had everything all in one right there..from fresh herbs, to food, to apparel, to life tips, to blood type information, to yoga, to juicing, to foot detoxing, to an alkaline water subscription, to now colonics! Everyone is family there-they remember everyone’s name! I couldn’t ask for a better vegan home! If you’re in town definitely check them out!

Coming from Hawaii where we have some of the best drinking water, I was very nervous about the quality of water here in Fayetteville. Thankfully I stumbled upon Prima Elements’ storefront and saw that they had an alkaline water delivery service! My husband and I were going to grocery stores, using the water refill machines, to supply drinking & cooking water for our household. Not only is the delivery service convenient, but for the amount of water our family of 5 consumes, it is also more affordable! I can’t thank Prima Elements enough for helping keep my family healthy during our time here in Fayetteville.

My wife and I finally made time to go visit Prima Elements Holistic Wellness Center yesterday and let me tell you that it was soooooo worth it!!!! I had the honor of meeting Audriaunna and Adrian during our visit. First, let me say that the level of knowledge that both parties displayed and disseminated was absolutely astounding. During the time that we were there, we learned an incredible amount of knowledge about our bodies and the proper way to go about starting your health journey. I would be remiss if I didn’t leave a comment about the Spanish beans and rice that Adrian let us sample. All I am going to say is that if you think you’re missing out because there’s no meat in your dish take some time and go visit Prima Elements!!! The flavor profile in this dish was absolutely OFF THE CHAINS!!! We are so excited about going back and grabbing our Alkaline water next week. It’s really nice to have an outlet that we can go to opposed to driving to Raleigh or Charlotte to get this sort of experience. We give prima elements a 15 out of 10!!!!! Definitely take some time to go visit them. You will...

I loved the Prima Elements 5-day juice cleanse!

I was worried that I’d be tempted to misbehave too much with all of the delicious foods during the holidays with family, so I decided to do a juice 5-day juice cleanse between Christmas and New Years Day. I already love Prima Elements because it’s an incredibly soothing and meditative space to get a massage or workout. However, this was my first juice cleanse with Prima.

I've been juicing for several years... buying it from Blue Print and juicing it with my own juicer at times. So, I know what it tastes like when it's made with love and care.

I received my 6 juices for each day the night before: 2 green juices, 1 apple-pineapple juice, 1 beet juice, 1 cayenne lemon aid, and 1 cashew milk. The juices were all fresh delicious and invigorating. And, although I cheated, especially on Christmas Eve and New Years Eve, it still made a huge difference in helping me to eat much healthier, have much better energy throughout the holidays, and not gain any weight. :o)

Thank you very much,...
