I ordered a shirt online and the experience was incredible. First, they had a shirt that I could not find anywhere else. I wanted a particular shirt and searched high and low for it to no avail. Not only did they have the shirt but in my size as well. It can't get much better right? Well, they raised the bar for all other online shopping vendors. The experience with their customer service was refreshing and exactly what you would expect from a store with Carolina in the name. Robin was friendly, understanding, helpful, and courteous. She communicated to me that the shirt would be a couple days delayed and apologized for it. I can't remember the last time an online retailer did that. Shirt arrived in great condition and looks exactly like picture online. My better half is frustrated that I want to wear it to church on Sunday. She doesn't understand the love a man could have for his shirt. I would never take this shirt off by choice. I wanted to get a gift for a new coworker who is from NC, but had recently relocated to Oklahoma. I could tell from the way they described "home", how much they loved and missed North Carolina. I reached out to A Bit of Carolina and asked for help finding a gift that would feel like hugs from home. I don't know why I hadn't left a 5 Star review sooner, I've been coming to this store for over a year now! This is my GO TO SPOT for all of my dedicated NC Souvenirs. For the out of town guests that come my way, I can truly rely on A Bit of Carolina to have the perfect NC items, gifts, knick knacks, gift bags and baskets etc. to make my guests/family/friends feel welcomed to our area. The customer service is impeccable! They truly care that their customers have the best, impressionable, and memorable NC items to takeaway. If I can't put my finger on what I'm needing or looking for, their suggestions are always 100% spot on. I love that their store highlights speciality items from the whole state: jellies, jams, BBQ sauce, chocolate, nuts, coffees, woodwork, metal work, glasswork. This is my absolute GO TO Spot!
