I am 9 months pregnant. I was craving that strawberry salad. I waited 16 min before being greeted on speaker. I wasnt sure if i should pull up or wait with only one person ahead of me and the awkward amount of time to be greeted. I finally get greeted and feel rushed, then i get to the window and they forgot part of my order. i had to wait and the people behind me are getting frustrated. I had to ask for a drink and then I even had to ask for straws. There was no client urgency. Still finally i can relax i got my food. I then go and park to eat bc i just ended up spending 20ish or more min to in drive thru. I live about 35 min away and was so hungry. I take a couple bites and start to feel sick. I look into the salad and most of the strawberries were molded. The chicken tasted off, and they didnt even cut it up. I didnt know they put pineapple in it now but that tasted off too. My son said his half size strips were actually okay. I go to walk inside, and the guy behind me in drive thru finally gets his order and stopped me to ask about my order bc they just ordered ice cream. He said it was all wrong and they took forever. I tell him about my salad and he wishes me good luck. I get to the counter and wait another 20 minutes with someones food on the counter getting cold next to me and the person in front of me got their order wrong to after spending some big dollars. The guy didnt repeat the order back he just asked the customer if that was right? And she was like ill know when i see the receipt. I was gonna ask for something else to eat but as im waiting and getting frustrated i started feeling more and more sick. Even the people ordering were surprised i was being ignored, then my son got sick from the 2 piece chicken and went to the bathroom. He never ended up eating his ice cream. I was ignored by staff for a while, then the guy working at the counter tried to skip me i said no sir, excuse me, ive been standing here for a while and id like a refund bc i have molded strawberries in my salad and have waited long enough i no longer wanted to eat. The 2 girls look it over and go to "remake my salad" I said no mam! I just want a refund. Im to sick to eat. Shes like well i need ur receipt. At this point im beyond frustrated and would have been home by now. I try to give her back the cottage cheese and she says we cant take that back and i said throw it away and ill go grab my receipt. I go back in and show he a photo of a strawberry since the 2 girls didnt seem to believe me. she asked me to go get my card bc she cant do $8 cash since i paid in card. it needs to be my card. So i go back to my car again, and after 52 MINUTES i get my refund. I'll never be returning until they go through a customer training course and sanitation course. That floor was filthy as all get out, and sanitation is out of the question. I understand they were short staffed but literally the worst customer experience ever! They had 4 staff and ive worked food with only 2 people and never treated people the way everyone was treated today. The only thing we ended up...
Read moreI've only been here a couple times and while my first visit went fine, this last time was rather dissapointing. I stopped here to pick up food for a friend on my way home and decided to get something for myself too. Upon arrival, there was a decent size line waiting to get ice cream but there was no one in line for sandwiches - which is a separate line. I stood here for about 10-15 minutes, watching them go through the entirety of the ice cream line and then some before anyone even spoke to me. Not a huge deal, I understand if they have priorities or are simply busy with other things or couldn't tell what I was waiting for but generally asking someone who's standing around if they had already been helped is a good start.
I order three meals. Two of them are chicken sandwich meals and one of them is a burger meal. Only one of the chicken sandwich meals has a modification and it was just "no pickles" because I'm allergic and then we got two milkshakes, a soda, and a lemonade. For starters, when they took our order, they didn't mention that they didn't actually serve lemonade here, only limeade. This ended up being fine, but they should probably tell people when they're taking the order. Additionally, they forgot about this drink all together. After taking the order, they made one of the milkshakes and that was it. They didn't give us the cup for the soda, we had to ask someone else for it and they forgot about the other milkshake and the limeade. And lastly, the one and only modification made was one one of the chicken sandwiches I asked for no pickles because I can't eat them and they still added pickles so I couldn't even eat it.
The last time we went was today and the person who initially took our order was acting very odd the whole time and was making a lot of weird comments through the entirety of us ordering and then someone else had to finish making our order and check us out because the first one said he didn't know how to do that anymore.
The ice cream is good here, the employees are sometimes good and sometimes just...
Read moreI stopped by this location Friday night and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. We decided to go inside because the drive thru line was almost to the highway. Inside was no better. There was one cash register open with a worker who was intellectually disabled, she also seemed to be a new worker in training, and she was left alone with no help. Not cool at all. You could see how stressed she was. I asked the manager/supervisor if someone could stay to help her because she was having trouble with taking the order. She had already asked someone else to help her and was ignored, and had switched to a different register to retake our order after she couldn't figure out how to use the first register. The manager finally helped her but completely ignored me when I spoke to her. Before we finished our order, they had 3 people helping her, 1 person in drive thru, and 1 person working the grill. By the time we finished our order, there was a line to the door and they still had never opened another register. My order was wrong, my daughter's order was wrong, the food was questionable and tasted nothing like what I've eaten at other Braum's locations and the manager was rude to my daughter because she couldn't get past us to the dining area with someone else's order but there were customers crowded together and no where else to stand. My problem with this whole situation is management. With that many workers, it was ridiculous with the way the store was being run and I won't be going back to...
