Hello, my family and I had the pleasure of dining with you’ll this past Monday at or around the time of 2 pm, immediately following a funeral, and were warmly received. The establishment was impeccably organized and a testament to exceptional hospitality. A young gentleman kindly held the door for us, showcasing the high level of service. Despite a slightly boisterous crowd, our orders arrived promptly and were remarkably fresh. We felt a genuine sense of welcome and respect from everyone. Two outstanding young ladies stood out - one engaging us in wonderful conversation while we reviewed the menu and the other offered heartfelt condolences and personally checked on us in the lobby after the crowd dissipated. First time I ever had a problem with chic fil a. How to pull up to wait on my food but want told I needed to go all the way around the building to the front parking until they delivered my food to the car about 15 min later. Then I was told I was waiting for my chicken and egg burritos to be made but when I got them all of them were cold and the chicken seemed dry like it's been out awhile. My hash browns tested like the grease needed to be changed. I was not feeling it and I always have a great experience with chic fil a that's why I chose them for my breakfast that morning. I went the day after Thanksgiving and it was quiet in the restaurant. When I entered, I was immediately greeted from the kitchen staff and the folks on counter service. The service was prompt and friendly. Every employee that came by me asked how everything was. I know that Chic-fil-a is known for their customer service, but if they ever need to train anyone on top of the line customer service, this would be the place to take them!
