My girlfriend and I stopped in to eat before heading home after running some errands. Normally, I'll order through my app, but decided to have a seat inside and talk and enjoy food. First of all, not really digging the whole no one at the register situation going on. This is the second Taco Bell we've been to that had no one greet us or address us. So, we simply used the on screen menu to place our order. Inside the restaurant wasn't busy at all. It was my girlfriend and I and another random couple. Tried to seat at a booth but it was greasy and sticky, no one obviously wiped or cleaned the table after someone left. There was a Taco Bell bag of trash stuffed in a bin where the hot sauce packets were and saw random trash on the floor and a few tables. When I was called to grab our order, the tray was plopped on the counter and the employee just walked away. I asked where our cups were for our order only to receive a glare and they walked back to look at the order I place, and grabbed 2 cups and set them on the counter and walked away. No "thank you", no "we love serving you", no real actual response. I really don't like to nit pick, but when it comes to the condition of the area I'm eating and how the employees treat you, I will post about it. It's horrible and this no communication to the customers just feels very lackluster and unappealing. Maybe next time I'll have to make my order myself in the kitchen because it honestly feels there's no customer service in Taco...
Read moreI picked up lunch today from this Taco Bell location. I got the new XXL Nachos. Let me say that I've gone to Taco Bell for many years. But this meal was so terrible I have to make it public to discourage people from eating this meal. It was so awful I won't be going to a Taco Bell for the foreseeable future.
The XXL Nachos I ordered were the Steak Nachos. The meat was rubbery and tasted like dog must taste. It certainly didn't taste like beef. It was tasteless. The nachos themselves had obviously been microwaved and were not crunchy, but rubbery. The cheese tasted like generic Velveeta. The beans were actually a paste, like a generic brown paste that neither tasted nor felt like real food. There was some guacamole and sour cream heaped in two small circular piles near one of the corners, stacked on each other like a green and white double ice cream cone. That was strange, but ironically these are the only two parts of the meal that didn't taste like dog food. I tried to eat it because I was actually hungry but I quit halfway and threw the rest away.
I won't be going to this location again. I will not go to ANY Taco Bell location again for a long time. I've had good, and sometimes great, food from Taco Bell in the past. But you know how sometimes a certain meal at a place just totally burns you altogether? Well, this was that meal for me.

Read moreHorrible experience. Staff incredibly rude. Overhead them talking negatively about customers. Rudely told the credit card machine may or may not work. When we started to insert the card we were told rudely not yet. She kept repeating it over and over until it was ready instead of just politely saying wait one moment then letting us know when it was ready. My husband ordered an item then she responded with something different. He repeated it. She rang up the wrong item which we didn't realize until the food came. When our food was ready my husband looked up and the last just stared at him. She didn't call out a number or name or say anything. My husband went back up with the wrong item and the cashier immediately said it was her fault. Almost like she knew it might have been wrong when she rang it up. Then saying she was new. We saw her cleaning tables and rudely telling a customer where to sit. As we were leaving she walked past us. She was sweeping. She said excuse me very low without ever even looking at us.
Experience was awful. The only good thing was the food was fine and another worker asked us if everything else was good minus the mix up with the food....
