KFC — Restaurant in Fayetteville

Went through drive-thru on July 2nd 2025, about 4:15 p.m.. first off the speaker was super low outside, can hardly hear the person on the other end. When I got up to the window, the lady that was working, I told her that I could hardly hear anything, she turned her back and closed the window. When she opened the window again I asked her if she heard what I said she said yes, there's nothing I can do about the speaker, and then turned her back and closed the window on me again. I get it, if there is nothing you can do about the speaker, or the weather affects it, but to completely disregard what a customer is trying to say to a staff member, and turn your back and close the window on me, it's completely unacceptable. Reading most of these reviews, it's obvious that the managers could care less, or corporate even can care less, because I don't see anybody making any comments or suggestions to the negative remarks that have been posted on here. That is a quick way to lose customers, you already don't have a very good rating, not looking good for yourselves doing...

I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT COME TO THIS KFC, ALL THEY DO IS GET THINGS WRONG AND THEN ARGUE WITH YOU IF YOU WANT THE FOOD THAT YOU ORDERED. THEY STILL CHARGED ME THE MONEY. I PROMISE I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS KFC, OR ANY KFC NOW. SO PLEASE HELP YOURSELF AND DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY OR TRY TO SPEND MONEY AT THAT KFC OR ANY KFC. ALL THEY DO IS ARGUE, COMPLAIN, HAVE ATTITUDES WITH THE CUSTOMERS, DO NOT EVER GET YOUR ORDER CORRECT OR/AND EMPLOYEES ALWAYS LOOK DIRTY AND UNCLEAN ALL OVER WITH THE NASTY LOOK ALL OVER THE RESTAURANT TOO! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, NEVER GO TO ANY KFC...ESPECIALLY THIS ONE. Another awful experience. Ordered the liver meal just for them not to be cooked all the way. My brother's was the same way. This is the last time I eat here. Awful experience. The person working the register today has a horrible attitude and was very argumentative. I asked for a big box and she rang it up she said 2 piece and that's when I politely told her I wanted the 3 piece. Her irritation immediately showed and finished rushing through the order. My plate came up and I stood there a couple minutes waiting for my cup and to inform them I wanted extra crispy. The cashier instantly said I know I asked him.
