Dank Burrito in Fayetteville, NC, is a culinary gem that redefines the burrito experience by infusing bold, global flavors with chef-driven techniques. From the moment you step inside, the vibrant atmosphere and welcoming staff set the stage for an unforgettable dining adventure.
During our visit, I indulged in the Jerk Chicken Bowl, a harmonious blend of tender jerk chicken, perfectly cooked rice and beans, topped with a refreshing pineapple-mango salsa, sour cream, and a hint of cilantro and lime. Each bite was a delightful dance of spicy and sweet flavors that left me craving more. My wife opted for the Plain Jane Burrito with grilled chicken—a classic combination of rice, beans, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream, executed to perfection. The simplicity of the ingredients allowed the quality and seasoning to shine through, making it anything but plain.
We couldn’t resist complementing our meals with their freshly made queso and guacamole. The guacamole was creamy and rich, while the queso was decadently smooth, both paired exquisitely with their uniquely seasoned chips. The chips themselves boasted a distinctive seasoning that elevated them beyond the ordinary, adding an unexpected yet delightful twist to a familiar side.
What truly sets Dank Burrito apart is not just their innovative menu but the genuine hospitality that permeates the establishment. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was exceptional, and the owners personally greeted patrons, adding a personal touch that made us feel valued and appreciated.
Dank Burrito isn’t merely a place to eat; it’s an experience that tantalizes the taste buds and warms the heart. Whether you’re a fan of adventurous flavors or seeking comfort in classic dishes, this establishment promises a memorable culinary journey that will beckon you back time...

I happened to hear about this place through a friend (SHOUT OUT CUMULUS RADIO) even though I drive by it everyday and decided to look it up on my way home from a workout. The burritos they had sounded so good so I decided to stop by for my lunch. I walked in to a chorus of greetings from the staff who all genuinely looked like they were both happy to see me and be there. Atmosphere and vibes were great.
One of the employees (don't know her name sorry) then suggested a few of the burritos because it can be a little overwhelming for a first timer and both were burritos that I was thinking about anyway so I bought them both.
The cashier also was very friendly and helpful. I said I feared it may be my favorite spot.
I ate one of the burritos on my way home - SO fresh and good (Honey Truffle Buffalo) and will be eating the spicy Carne Asada on my way to work.
I got three burritos total as well as ordering a side of chips and guacamole AND chips and queso and a drink totaling $59.00. Very worth the amount of money for the size of these burritos.
I'd go back on the customer service alone!!!!

Read moreI recently tried Dank Burrito, (got the Cali Gold) and while the flavor was excellent — truly delicious and creative — I couldn’t help but feel the price was unusually high for what I received. My order came to $16.19 (after tax) for a 16-oz burrito with a side of chips, which means I spent nearly $20 on a single burrito meal.
To put that in perspective, places like Mi Casita offer larger portions with authentic Mexican flavors and better overall value — their burritos come in around $12.50 after tax and feel more filling for the price.
I want to be clear: Dank Burrito makes a tasty, flavorful burrito, but from a value standpoint, it’s hard to justify paying almost $20 when there are spots in town offering more food, equal (if not better) quality, and more authentic experience at a lower price.
If the prices were closer to the competition, I’d gladly return more often — but at the current cost, it feels more like an occasional splurge than...
