I do not recommend this location when the Assistant Manager Chelsea is working. She is extremely rude! I always order the caramel iced coffee. A favorite. She asked if I'd like whipped cream and I replied, yes. When I get to the window my drink is ready but there's no caramel drizzle on top. Easy fix. Instead she starts fussing saying I didn't tell her I wanted the caramel drizzle on top of my whipped topping. Mind you this is the second time she's had a fit about adding the caramel drizzle because she left it off. When the other young men make my drink there I NEVER have to specify please add the drizzle on top. If it's left off they add it and keep it moving. I work out of Raleigh and I've never had to specify hey add that caramel drizzle as a finish guys! When you look at your menu, that whipped cream and caramel drizzle, chocolate drizzle are what attracts those drinks to the customers. So I drove off and took a sip. It was bitter like no body's business!! So I turned around and said let me just go back and get my money as I don't have to be treated in this way when I'm spending my money. When I go in I explained to the young man what happened and he was very apologetic over and over and offered to re-make my drink. He said if you still want a refund that's fine too. He said please let me make it Ma'am. He says here taste it. I said it's perfect! I said you know you and the other young man are always so nice and pleasant but that young lady when I came last time was rude to me. She came over and I asked her for her name she told me and that she was the Assistant manager for the past 8 yrs. I said you are quite rude, you really could work on that. She says well I apologize but you didn't say that you wanted caramel drizzle on top. I said I didn't know I had to specify that and if that's one of your pet pieves with that particular drink you're the professional at this establishment the same way you asked me specifically if I wanted the whipped topping you should have asked me if I wanted the caramel drizzle on top as well. After all, I did order a caramel swirl coffee. She said you should specify that you want it on top too! I said the young men were very helpful and polite. She says I know they are I personally trained them! I says well you need to take some pointers from them because you're still arguing with your customer while he jumped in and fixed the situation. I grabbed my drink the young man fixed for me and left. I will never visit this location again. Whenever I'm spending my money I expect to be treated with dignity and respect. There's no need for her...
Read moreI’ve been going to this Dunkin’ consistently every single day for the last year and a half… sometimes numerous times a day. Here’s my honest thoughts. 1. Many employees here come and go, so it’s an adjustment period for everyone each time the old employees leave and new ones come. I feel as if the employees coming in have been making this place so much better than it was. 2. Many people are getting frustrated at wait times - BUT as i said new employees are coming in constantly and have to be re trained over and over. Don’t throw a fit about your wait time. 3. The workers have been pleasant to me any time I’ve been there, and the few times there was a mistake they were more than happy to correct it without issues, which i very much appreciated. The only reason i am giving 4 stars is because my only compliant is the lobby isn’t open when they open at 5, and my husband is a trucker and can’t get his tractor trailer in the drive thru (obviously) and they won’t let him order at the window but also won’t let him inside either. Unfortunately I’ve seen this happen numerous times with other truckers and as someone who supports truckers, your whole life and job wouldn’t be possible without truck drivers… we all depend on tractor trailer drivers. Please be friendly to them and be more accommodating. They’re tired, and look forward to some coffee before going to work a 14 hour day to provide things for everything in this country. They aren’t appreciated or...

Where do I begin? This is my first and last time trying Dunkin. The iced cookie butter latte that has been on every social media post peeked my interest. I watched a video and took notes on how to order it. In the social media video the Dunkin employee taking the order seemed to not be mad at the world. I felt like my experience would be close…. Well it was the exact opposite. When I got to the speaker I asked for a cookie butter iced coffee. As soon as I said it the person said, “so original iced coffee with cookie butter cold foam?” Again I’m trying to copy someone else’s order and that’s not what was said to them so I’m a little confused. I asked for 3 brown sugar & 3 cream. My sister loves Dunkin and for years had been telling me to try the avocado toast. Well that seemed easy to order. When I go to bite the toast it’s so hard my teeth can’t get through the bread. Instantly I messaged my sister and asked if it was supposed to be that way? She said no, it should be soft, warm, and delicious. That was not the case for mine. What prompted me to give one star was the cookie butter donut. It was the best of the 3 items ordered. Just never again. I poured the Coffee out and threw out the toast. I don’t go to work to throw my money away. I should have read this location reviews...
