Okay! Let me give you the rundown on Freddy’s… I have been wanting to go for the longest time and never had the chance to just stop in and make it happen, until the other day. I was in the mood for a hood burger and decided to stop in. I love that this location is directly off the main strip which provides for an easy in/out process. Upon walking in, the location is super vibrant and has a classic design aesthetic. The red and white theme adds a ‘diner’ feel to the ambiance, even though it’s super modern. The location was very clean and there was ample seating. Of course I chose a booth. LoL. As I walked up to the menu everything looked amazing. OhEmGeeeeee! I mean picture after picture of burgergoodness and ice cream favorites. I was torn. As I got to the register, the young lady Victoria had to help me make a decision. LoL! She was very nice and really engaging. With her help I decided on the Patty Melt Meal and swapped out the fries for onion rings. After placing my order, I got my cup, headed to get my fountain drink and took a seat to wait for my number to be called. Minutes later my order was up and I was ready to partake! Babeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!! When I tell you this food was the BOMB!!!!! I’m talking atomic bomb. I’m talking bomb dot com. I’m talking Kaboom bomb. LoL! But in all seriousness, the food was amazing. The onion rings weren’t overly battered. They were fried to golden perfection. The onion inside was thick and cooked to tender perfection. The crunchiness of the rings were superb and they weren’t too greasy. Whoever made these truly understand the fine crafting of a perfect onion ring. The patty melt (I added bacon) was the show stopper. Perfectly made beef seasoned well. The carmelized onions were done the right way. The level of caramelization was that of a 5-Star restaurant. Wow! The bread was perfectly toasted and the cheese was gooey and melted. Mannnnnnnn, this burger was superb. In fact, so superb I saved half of it for later. When later came, I opened the wrapper up and went back to enjoying Freddy’s Perfectly Crafted Patty Melt. I’ll be back for sure. If you’re in the area and want something Good to eat… stop in and get you some Freddy’s!

It was the drive thru! (I think Joe Pesci said “They $(ew you in the drive thru). My husband ordered a kids meal with lettuce and tomato and a steakburger stacker triple meal. Rachel W. took our order, she seemed very efficient, almost to the point of cutting me of. That’s ok. If it saves time, I get it. I get to the window I give her my card, she gives me the bag and the card and receipt and a general thanks, but in the tone of let’s keep it moving. I drive off and don’t realize they never handed me our drinks. I turn around and go back. They apologize and she still has my drinks at the window. In her haste, and to her embarrassment she never gave them to me. I should have checked the bag. I get home not my to find I have a kids cheese burger combo and a $13. Single cheese burger. I’ve tried to call but the phone rings and goes to voicemail. The voicemail is full and can’t take any more messages. I hate to dispute a small business. This is Wednesday afternoon. Freddy’s get to together. The only reason I’ve been willing to pay for a $7. Cheeseburger kids meal is because they used to be accurate. I figured you get what you pay for and hopefully the inflated prices have food and service to match. I paid for a triple steakburger and received a single. Bad business closes businesses. 1215 HWy 85 N Fayetteville, GA.

I stopped by for the first time today. I ordered a Bacon double cheeseburger combo. The fries are really good! They are very thin. The season is delicious. The burger patty was seasoned as well! I'm tired of these bland burgers. It could have use one more piece of bacon. The double cheeseburger was great too. All my food was fresh and hot! The lemonade is good. Like most places nowadays, it's very pricey but the quality was great. The cashier was awesome too, Very freindly. If I'm splurging, I will definitely go back again.

I placed my order online on the Freddy’s website at 9:15pm and my email said my order would be ready at 9:26pm. I went into the store at 9:33pm to ask about my order when I was told it would be a 5 minute wait . I went back into the store at 9:40pm, after waiting more than the allocated time she gave me and was told that my food would ready in another 5 minutes. All while I am waiting for my food, I am seeing people come in and place their orders and receiving the same order in less than 10 minutes. After 9:45pm, I stayed inside the building to wait for my food and I watched these ladies come in at approximately 9:55pm and get their food at 10pm. After expressing that I wanted to cancel my order because it had been almost an hour since I placed my order online, I was told that I would have to call customer service to cancel my order because they would not be able to do anything to help me. I proceeded to tell them that if my order could not be cancelled at that very moment, then I would just wait on my order. I did not receive my order until 10:05pm. There were also multiple people who were waiting just as long as me who also placed an order online or who were picking up an order for Uber or DoorDash. So from my experience, you cannot place an online order nor should you order delivery cause they’re going to ignore your orders for their drive thru and inside carry out customers. Very unprofessional and I will not be returning again & making sure I tell everyone about...

Oh my goodness!! I hadn't ever had frozen custard 😋 in my life before and was real skeptical about ordering it. When I pulled up to the drive up windw I wanted to backup because I thought it was a bit pricey, but I couldn't because there were ppl behind me. I reluctantly) ordered a small custard (I don't remember the name of it) with pecans (the young lady at the window was incredibly professional, friendly and pleasant). She explained the types of custard I could order. I ordered a small blended ( price was moe than I was quoted 😉 😉) and from the first spoonful I KNEW I HAD NOT MADE A MISTAKE BY STOPPING) I felt like I was in heaven!! IT ABSOLUTELY EXCEEDED EVERY EXPECTATION THAT I HAD!! My only ♥️ regret is/was I didn't order a large. I couldn't eat it all in one sitting. I put the cup in a gallon Ziploc (only kind I buy) freezer bag and put it in freezer) for several days. Much to my surprise, it was as good as it was the first time that I had the pleasure of eating it. I wish I could rate it 25 stars 🌟 🤩. The little addition to the price was WELL WORTH IT for AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS 😋! I would've been back every day, but I am in a cleansing mode. Yet as soon as I can I will go back to order a large, and will have no concern for how much more expensive the large is, for I KNOW IT IS WORTH IT'S PRICE!! IT IS DELICIOUS AND I AM TELLING EVERY ONE I KNOW. It is...
