Fujo's Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Fayetteville

I ordered from Fujos yesterday after reading the reviews here. It took an hour for the food to arrive, but the driver was kind and apologized for the wait. Instantly I was totally blown away by the fresh taste of the food. I ordered the large House Fried rice, fried chicken wings and crab rangoon. It was still hot as if it was just served in the restaurant. I will definitely be ordering from them again. As a reminder, you must order at least $15 worth of food for delivery. My order came up to 18.65. The delivery charge is 3.00.

The top review was two years ago. After a long hiatus from Chinese food, tonight (4/19/14) I ordered house special chow mei fun (no cabbage, +curry), fried wings, a house fried rice combo (onions only) and a small house fried rice (no vegetables). The rice orders were fine, but the chicken was over cooked, salty and not fresh. I also received carrots in my order when I specifically asked for cabbage only with curry. The woman on the phone said she thought I meant carrots not curry due to her own pronunciation, and tried to charge me a second 3 dollar delivery fee just to replace the order they messed up since they were "closing soon" This was around 9pm and they close at 10:30. When I asked for my money back, she then said she would talk to the delivery driver and see if he would take the replacement order and would call me back to verify. First off, before i went to this place i read the reviews and thiught maybe i should still come here with an open mind being that most of the negative reviews were for late deliveries. Well, i called and placed a carryout order. 15 minutes later i show up and pay for it. It was a little busy in there but not too bad. Well 25 minutes go by and other customers have come in after me, place there order and then leave. Atthis point, it is hard for me to be patient since it has now been 40 minutes since i placed my order. The lady finally asks if i called in an order. I tell her that yes and i already paid for it 25 minutes ago. She looks it uo and goes ib the back and says here you go that it has been ready for some time. And so oh sorry and proceeds to the next customer. I probably would have calmed down at this point if it was a sincere apology but it wasnt . I ordered for delivery at 4:50pm and the food didn't arrive until an hour later. We only live about 5 minutes away from Fujo's! When we finally got the food, the kids were super excited to start eating. Then they started to complain about how the chicken was too hard. I had been eating my rice, so upon their complaints I started to eat my chicken too and realized it was extremely dry, hard to bite into, and hard to chew. The best part of the whole meal was the rice. Additionally, I had asked for a side of broccoli, which they didn't give us. My brother wanted orange chicken, but instead he got General Tso's.
