I really enjoy Jersey Mike's Subs, but the staff at the Ramsey Street location here in Fayetteville seriously need to go to some training classes on how to address customers and speak to people when they are ordering their food. I was very upset with how I was treated today. The lady acted as if she had better things to do then do her job. There wasn't a line, they weren't even busy when I went in to purchase my lunch. I hadn't even gotten all the way to the counter and the lady began yelling to me what do you want. Excuse me, but the proper way to approach someone who you clearly see is looking at your menu to decide on what they would like, would have been a lot better approached as, "If there is anything we can assist you with, or how about, when you are ready to place your order please let me know!" not what do you want. I'm sorry but society today is getting horrible on customer service. I can also guarantee you that word of mouth goes a long way, and I've noticed that a few of your stores in the local community have already closed there doors, you might want to start rethinking your business ideas for the public to want to continue to enjoy your place of business. The 15 staff members in the company I work for will never use your location again for lunch. What you failed to realize is I had several orders to place with you, but I reframed from ordering and only ordered my own sandwich because of the way your staff spoke, and drove right up the road to subway where I ordered the remaining subs. So you lost out on over $100 for subs. One other suggestion, I do realize that you where gloves to make the food, but the long nails in food service is really a NO NO, research on how many germs live under those nails, and think about when that glove rips and you don't replace it because your in the middle of making a sub, and the germs you are passing a long to that customer. Yes, I did see this also happen today...
Read moreSo I had an online order which came out to $47 for two giant subs and one regular size sub the mentally incompetent kids that was behind the register. Acted like I never placed the order then when I give them the name for the order, they act like they still don’t know what I’m talking about. I read out my order ticket number and they still don’t know what I’m talking about. So then I give them another name and then they finally pick up my order which was already sitting there so that let me know. I spent my hard earned money and you guys were planning on not giving my sub not making my sub in general. I got all the way to my house and then realized I was missing something so I called them and then they tried to act like I wasn’t missing anything that y’all called customer service. I spend almost $50 in y’all store and y’all pretend like I didn’t spend a dime and y’all establishment will not be spending any money here ever again This is what happens when you have children fulfilling roles that adults should be in keep your gossip at the playground and just do your job. Make sure people have their correct orders. so then when I asked them to make my sandwich, they tell me I have to bring my order back up there my whole order. So now not only are y’all inconveniencing me because of the gas I have to spend going back-and-forth to your establishments for mistakes. I’m not responsible for but now I have to stay hungry so y’all can fix the problem that shouldn’t have even been a problem in...
Read moreI placed an online order last night for 3 giant subs. Once I got home 1 of the subs (club supreme) had only one layer of roast beef along with "Mike's way" condiments. The sub is supposed to include bacon and turkey. I called the store as soon as I noticed this mistake. I made the call at 8:57 pm. No one answered the phone; they close at 9pm. I went back up there today to discuss this issue. I was told that I needed to bring the sub back up there and if I would have called last night I would have known to bring it in; I had already told her I called and no one answered. And all she had to say was "that's weird somebody should have answered". I was dealing with the cashier who kept going back and forth to the manager relaying messages. The manager clearly made eye contact with my husband and me, but did not even bother to come and rectify the problem. I was offered 10% off a sub initially, then 50% but that was only IF I purchased a sub right then and there. I could not purchase a sub right at that moment and told her I could not. I don't know the manager's name who was working at that moment because she would not come a talk with me. I went there at 2:05 pm on Friday March 31st, 2017. I order food from them regularly for my family. Definitely not good business practice and the manager was not professional in any way. If you order online make sure you check your subs before you leave the store so you can save yourself a...
