What happended to Britanny and the Italians????? This used to be our favorite spot to get Pizza, Subs and salad. The pizza dough was the best around town and Brit was always amazing, greeting us with a smile, pleasant chit chat and knew us by name. She was always accommodating to my special requests (Pizza Tonno) even when the place was packed. Yesterday though it was our last visit. The dough lacked some serious salt and olive oil, it tasted sweet at best. That's not something I want in my Pizza, if it was, I would order Papa Johns. Usually we order extra cheese but thankfully didn't this time because even for cheese lovers, this was waaay too much and again the flavors of the cheese itself left so much to be desired. We also had a small Greek Salad and a brownie (??? where's the Tiramisu???). The girl at the counter informed us that they were out of romaine lettuce and only had "regular lettuce", speak iceberg, which we said was fine. What we received was ice berg salad topped with parmesan. There were no bell peppers, cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, nor olives (we noticed a change in the last order a few months ago when we picked up our food and my husband almost cracked his teeth when he bit into the olives and they were pitted, again, not something we are used to from the previous owners). I asked for house dressing (used to contain mayo), which I was corrected is apparently now Italian. It wasn't Italian, or at least not what one would consider Italian. So sad. The brownie was really flat, which is why we received two instead of one but besides the color, you wouldn't have been able to tell that it has chocolate in it, maybe it doesn't? All in all pretty disappointing and we won't be back. This has so much potential and it is sad to see it not being followed through. One patron sat and waited for her order the entire time we were there and she ordered before we even entered. Yes, I agree with a previous statement that the cashier was friendly but tired looking and a little frazzled and not really on top of it. She handed us forks and knives each time she gave us the brownie then when sat down the salad and...
Read moreWe ordered for here one year ago and had a terrible experience with the delivery of our food. Last time it took 2 hours to receive our meal. We live 7 mins away. Tonight we ordered a pizza and chicken wings. After a wait of 1 hour abd 30 mins which is a record for them. We reviewed our food. My wife opens the pizza it's so cold the pizza had to reheated by us. But luckily it was cool enough for my 1 year old to eat. The pizza so thin it looked looked like a joke. I then opened my wings for dinner. First the wing were poorly seasoned. I got the Cajun and hot wings. The Cajun looked like someone deep fried a chicken wing until the meat was dryer then a desert. Well I taste my first wing I notice that the wings still had feathers on them. Fun part this organization is so terrible the cook my majority of my wings with feathers. I mean there nothing better then picking feathers from your mouth. So guys who ever is your meat service and meat prep should probably be fired. Also inside my container the blue cheese dressing was smashed and covering the bottom of the Cajun wings. I then turned to my hot wings hoping this debacle was just a fluke. I opened my hot wings and realized they deep fried all the wings together. Again they were dryer then a devil's fart. I then noticed someone just poured water downed Texas Pete over the wings and called them hot. And yes for your knowledge these wings had feathers too. My wanted to call and get the money back. Told her they obviously need the money to higher a new staff and manager. I will now tell all my Raeford and rockfish friend to stay away from this pizza joint. Sadly if you order at the restaurant the...
Read moreThis was an awful experience. Two young male employees sat waiting for our order. No greeting, one slouched and on his phone while the other looked at us sullen as we ordered. We ordered Italian sub and chicken gyro specials, and we're never asked if the order was for dining in or to go. We set ourselves down and took our drinks and waited. My sanwhich was being made, and I had to tell the guy twice to skip the mannaise as he was distracted by his earphone buds. During the making, my wife noticed the worker who took our order, cleaning the sole of his shoe between working on our order. We didn't know how much he participated in the process but he certainly worked in cooking the chicken. But in short, awful experience by two people blatantly unhappy about working there. We don't ask much but common courtesy and work heigine were non-existent here. If I had the opportunity to speak with the owner of this establishment, I would ask about their own dedication to quality service, because they are allowing an extremely low customer service to take place at this establishment. The worker walked up with to-go bags, and we decided that was probably for the better, as the atmosphere of this place was unfriendly. Owners, take heed. Retrain your employees, or else I'd imagine this place not succeeding. Plenty of places in Fayetteville where the customer service experience is...
