If I could leave no stars I would. Ordered an italiano sub, gave specific orders on how I wanted my sub. The chick who I spoke to first acted as if she couldn’t understand the spelling of my address just because she didn’t want to take the order so she put me on hold, a guy came on the line and put the info in with no issue. Okay, got my sandwich via delivery and it was not only dry, but HOT when I clearly wanted it cold. I had a foot long, and the cheese was shriveled and balled up, had these old baby tomatoe pieces. Called back spoke to the manager he said he would remake it and send it out. Got my second sandwich and it was also DRY, stuffed with meat and brick cheese, literally 4 baby pieces of lettuce, and the same baby tomatoes. Called back and told him he manager I wanted a refund, didn’t want to talk about it and was going to bring both sandwiches back tomorrow. His response is “WHY, I’m the manager I need to know why”. No sir wrong answer you know what exactly why, didn’t get any names but I plan on it tomorrow and will be calling the corporate office. Read moreSad day today, about 20 minutes ago (5:55 pm, 22 Oct, 2014) I picked up my favorite pizza. Every week my roommate and I get the same thing, sometimes twice a week. I order the BSB with old world pepperoni, a large for 9.99. Today we got two pizzas, one with pepperoni and one without. I picked up the pizza as usual and did not realize till I got home they changed the size of the pizza box. The price did not change but I got about half the pie I normally get. I paid 20$ for two smalls. I called this location at Middling Drive and when I spoke to the manager to see if it was a mistake, she reassured me that Marco's did not make a mistake and it must be the new size. They did not inform me of this when I made the order over the phone and the manager said she had not even looked at the new boxes. She was adamant they did not make a mistake and that must be the new pizza. I still have the boxes from last week that are much bigger. Read moreI initially ordered from the wrong store so had to call and cancel that order, they DID NOT give me a problem what so ever. Then when I walked in the wrong store to get my order they took care of my new order immediately and got it going. I could not have been more appreciative of the service I got. This is the second time I ordered Marcos since moving to this area and both times the service was great, but more importantly the pizza is always better than expected. Not to mention that cheesy bread is better than the top chain pizza shops. (its not even close) Store 8020 in Fayetville NC crushed it tonight. This will now be the only place I go for pizza.
