Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Fayetteville

After two separate trips to this location, there will not be a third. On our first trip the staff was not very attentive and our pizza was basically burnt. I disregarded this as a new location with maybe some staffing issues.

On our second attempt here I ordered "The Special". Which was a large specialty and a cheese pizza which was supposed to be $22.99 before tax. Our specialty pizza was half supreme and half meat. When I was given my total it was $29.83. I questioned why there was $6 in tax on this. I was told on a specialty pizza (half and half) you are charged an extra fee. I wasn't told that when I ordered but I understand that.

When my pizza's arrived I had one supreme pizza and one cheese pizza. When I questioned why it was not half supreme and half meat they said "Oh, we are sorry about that. If you would like to wait we can make you another one". I replied that I didn't have another 20 minutes to wait on an additional pizza to be made. At that point I questioned about the additional charge for the specialty pizza. I was told "Maybe we can make it right in the future. Hope you come back".

It's a small amount of money, so there was not point arguing any further. Customer service is a big deal with me and this location is lacking......... Luckily there and many other pizza location in this area with better...

Well I used to be a customer but no more! Went to the store pick up an online order, first thing is there is a child in a diaper in the parking lot. Then there’s four people sitting right outside the door- like not even a foot away from the door, and another child in only a diaper running around. I walk up to the door and one of the guys sitting there asks for the name on the order. He walks inside to the back to get it. I follow- I shouldn’t have. I had to walk through cigarette smoke since they were smoking two feet outside the building, and had one door propped open to the inside. The cigarette smell lingered into the restaurant, and the restaurant itself was so dirty! Truly these people must have let these babies do whatever they wanted. There was food, napkins, and trash all over the floor. So much you have to step over it. I go up to pay and look behind the counter where the pizza is made and it was just as dirty with food everywhere and trash on the floor. I get my pizza, walk over everything on the floor, and I can’t get out of the door because this naked child won’t move. These “parents” won’t move the child so I have to practically walk on top of the child to leave. If I could give zero stars for service and...

I love Marcos pizza.. but these last few times were just sad. Very disappointed, maybe it’s just the location where I’m ordering from. The management is always super friendly and respectful but I’m just a little annoyed at my order.

I ordered two pizzas, thick crust (I always order thick crust enough to know what the regular looks like), add spinach to both (didn’t get any), flavored crust (didn’t get that either)... one to have extra onions (I didn’t know they would be raw lol) . crust is regular (if anything it was thin) and hard.. 😅 no flavor added to the crust... it takes a lot for me to bring anything back to make say something. But this time I did.. I asked them that one was supposed to have BBQ (given it’s called chicken bbq pizza.. but they said it was under all of the pizza toppings)…. and both to have thick crust.. I didn’t mention the spinach was missing either but they told me it was correct.. for the sake of not wanting to argue (knowing my order was wrong) I just said...
