Our family goes to this restaurant nearly every week. We love the atmosphere, the food and usually have terrific service. Our server this time was incredibly rude. We could instantly tell she was in a bad mood, but brushed it off to her having a bad day. After taking our drink order of waters; she returned several minutes later with the water and shambled them on the table spilling them on the table and on us. When we were ready to order she took our order and cut us off sever times while we were trying to order. When our daughter tried to order she was told to wait her turn. When the food was brought out two of the orders out of four were wrong. We also noticed that she was rude to the two tables next to us and we ask them about her. When bringing out one of the plates she almost hit a lady in the head with it and they complained about her attitude as well. After our drinks were not filled and we were not checked on. We asked another lady if she could be our waitress. The rude server overheard and said she had several tables and that’s why she didn’t refill our drinks. I told her that I had worked in the food industry and my complaint wasn’t about her serving necessarily, but her attitude and that she was excessively rude. Our new server was very apologetic and said that she knew the server was being rude and she would take care of us. After that everything was fine. We love the owner, Fernando. He and his staff always take great care of us. It was sad to see this happened and to so many other tables. They all had the same experience with her. It’s was also sad to see this happened to one our favorite local establishments. We will be back but if that server is still there for request...
Read moreWe have been long time supporters of this place but unfortunately after our 2 most recent visits I don’t think we will be back. Over $120 for 2 adults and 2 children and the adults shared a single order of fajitas. Today we went in for lunch and ordered one a la carte taco and asked them to add shredded cheese. We were charged $3.49 for the taco which is totally reasonable but then an additional $2.99 for adding cheese. I questioned the waitress about why a small handful of cheese was $2.99 and she said it was because it was expensive. Not to mention that we asked them to hold the peppers and onions because my son doesn’t like them. They didn’t give us a credit for not taking vegetables but charged is nearly the same price of the taco for a small handful of cheese. In addition to that we had 3 soft drinks that were $3.25 each and she would not come refill them. The only drink she ever refilled was the water. I understand the rising cost of items and needing to raise your prices but ripping off loyal customers us a different story. Costing over $100 for a family of 4 to eat Mexican food in a mall is absurd. I hate it because we...
Read moreI went in at 4:00pm....first visit. The waiter FOLLOWED the host and I, as I was seated....and barely gave me a chance to take off my coat to get seated before he was pouncing on me about a drink. I got water with a lime twist. No chips or salsa EVER made it to my table until I asked for them when my food came....and I was one of 4 people in the restaurant. The food was SO bland. In fact, I ate the taco and the two enchiladas and rice came home with me to give to my animals. The salsa tasted like canned tomatoes dumped in to a bowl. So basically I spent $12.00 for pet food for today. It was so tasteless I will not eat it for left overs. They are an awful place to eat. And Taco Bell has better flavor to their food. We have SO many more options for GOOD Mexican food in our area. I am not sure how they are still...
