McDonald's is going downhill at all stores in this area. The first thing needed to help improve is get rid of the pull over and wait. The service can be done on time. The quarter pound sandwich is suppose to be done hot and not reheated. I always ask if they still cook them fresh always they say they are not reheated but they are reheated. This saying one thing and giving another is a bigger deal than not doing the right job.
I watched a local store put in a second order out side island. It took about a week. The first thing that then happened was a come was placed in front of the new island. When the store only had one order island you had to pull over and wait for the food. Who could have thought that if we add a island to do more orders it will improve ordering. All that happens is just the numbers of people waiting increases and the extra order islands purpose is a waist of money. I will say again the answer to good service and maximum money for the company is get rid of pull over and wait.
McDonald's true successful idea was not just the food but the speed of the service. Great time was spent in how to get the burgers to the customers fast. Why now is the speed of getting the food out fast being compromised. It is a proven fact that slower speed to produce product in all business does not increase quality but the opposite is true it lowers quality.
One last thing why does the cheese and lettuce and even the mustard and ketchup have to be in the box off to the side and just can't be applied to the hamburger. Sometimes I wish I could just eat the box so I could actually get what I pay for.When I am given a drink that is particularly filled, I believe I am being cheated out of what I have paid for. If I bought a gallon of gas I would certainly be mad if I knew the pump was pumping less than a gallon. It can't be hard to just fill the drink cup.
I was told recently by a young lady that it was her first day at work and she was quitting because she was not getting any training. No was showing her how to do any job in the Restaurant. She had been there all day with Zero instructions on how to do any job.

Read moreUpdate: Unfortunately I can't give this restaurant a good review anymore. To make a long story short I made a mobile order, which didn't go through on their end. They asked me to pay for it in store but when I pointed out it had been withdrawn from my bank account they said it would be refunded when the payment went through in store. I am low on funds at the moment, even though it was a very low amount of money taking the risk of charging that twice isn't something I can do right now. Of the four employees I spoke two two of them where reasonable, or at least nice. The other two where honestly pretty rude. I dont think I was coming off too irate, maybe, but I don't think so. Either way I cancelled my order and am eatting the loss. Dropped my review because of the interactions with 2 specific employees. I dunno if I'll be back, I honestly have few choices around here but I am going to try my hardest to avoid this place from here out. One thing I can say about this location is they're fast. I honestly don't expect much from any fast food chain; I just want quick, hot, mostly accurate food (happy accidents do happen). Is their customer service 100% great 100% of the time? No. But I get my food, correct, and hot, very fast and when I am 15 minutes from clocking in or only have 30 minutes on my lunch break thats what matters. I have not been inside in years, but previous experience there was good. Read moreI used the self serve order board and ordered 2 value meals, a chicken nugget happy meal, 2 large fries and an extra drink. I paid $24. I waited and my number was called in a timely manner, but was told that the large fries would be a few minutes. I was given the two value meals and happy meal. I opened the nuggets so they would cool, and there were only 3. I ordered a 4 piece. I asked for the bottled water and drink cups, as well as the missing nugget. I was standing at the pick up counter in clear view of the fry station. I watched fresh fries finish, employees took them and filled other orders. I had to get someone's attention to ask for fries again, and was told they were starting another batch. Yep. I was mad because I watched as the fries for my order were taken for others that had ordered after me. All this time. My meal and fries were getting cold. I still had not received the bottled water or missing nugget. I realize it was bust but that's just ridiculous. The tomato I paid extra for was spoiled, and the lettuce I also paid extra for was wilted. My burger was drowned in mustard. I scraped it off and ate just the burger. It was ok.... but wow.... not going GB there again if they cant get fast...
