The worst McDonald's experiences I've ever had. Took my family of six here about 6pm, we were all starving . The ordering kiosk locked up, I had to start over. All the trash cans were overflowing, there were flies everywhere (they kept landing on us). There were some very rude & loud customers screaming at the counter, there was no ice in the ice machine, they didn't have root beer which I thought was weird. Finally we got our food They messed up my order and missed my wife's sandwich (which made her yell at me) I had to go back up and wait through customers because there was only one employee working the front, his name was Steven. He promptly saw it was sitting waiting for my order, and just Shrugged it off like whoops. When I finally sit down to eat my sandwich it was overflowing with mayonnaise all over it. It totally ruined my sandwich fell apart gooey sopping with mayo and the sandwich was cold. We basically laughed it off as we got in the car, I will never go to this McDonald's and, quite frankly, I don't think I'll go to McDonald's for a long time. Obviously she was not very proficient with the system so it took a while for her to figure things out. And then I waited for 15 minutes in the store, and saw one unhappy customer walking out of store and the crew teased about it. Then the lady helped me to place my order came to me and said we couldn't serve the item I ordered after 10:30. I checked my receipt and it showed 10:31. She asked the store manager to talk to me. That manager did not say anything but checked if I ordered from their staff member or the automatic system. They said it's the system then she said we can't do it.
