Oh where to start... I first posted under your "ask a question" tab but decided to let the world see it since aparently I wasn't the only one who noticed what I'm about to say.

After eating mediocre Mexican food we recorded our check. I got to reading the check at we were charged $4 gratuity for a party of 6...really? It was my parents my brother and his wife and my wife and I...all on separate checks so we basicly got charged an additional $12 to sit together that's crazy to me I can understand the general rule of 8 or more but not 6 since that is your average size family these days especially to do it on all 3 checks. Then I noticed a addition charge of $1.30 FOR A TINY CUP OF SOUR CREAM?!? When it came with her meal anyway and she just asked for it on the side instead of on top?!? Whatever so I politely asked the waiter, I was not rude or anything just curious to make sure it was right and that's when there customer service skills everyone has commented about came thru with a good ole snarky response back from him... Yes that's exctly what I want when I choose your restraint over the other 10 or so other Mexican restaurants in your area that I will gladly choose next Time I want some Mexican food. Don't forget your not the only people that serve Mexican food In this town And I would advise anyone with more than 5 people or people that like sour cream to take your money to one of the other places that actually appreciate your business. Hope...

We had dine-in. The service & food were great. Chips & salsa come free with your entrees. They have a spicy green salsa that will definately get your attention if enough is eaten but that's up to each individual. I had the spicy shrimp which was surprisingly milder & not bathed in the tomato sauce base that I had been accustomed to in other restaurants. My hubby & son had tacos, something like carnitas but they have a special name for theirs. I wasn't going to drink any alcohol...but if you are going to name a restaurant after a drink....then what the Hell right? Lol I tried the raspberry mojito...never had one before. It was pretty until the server set it down & once I took a drink, it didn't get set back down until it was empty about 60 seconds later. Judge if you will but I liked it & in my reasoning tried to deduce that it had a partial food group in it. ( the raspberry for a fruit) We all know that this is not the case but it made us laugh so why not! For 3 people, 3 sodas & 1 alcoholic drink came to around $55.00 I believe before a tip was left. I will warn you, parking is an event all it's own there. Yes they were busy & yes we decided to go so I can't complain but it did take a moment to find a place to park...

Good service but my food was spoiled. A group of about 10 of us came in on a Saturday around 430. Wait time for seating was quick and food came out quickly. Spinach dip was excellent! I ordered a pork burrito, it looked like a lump blanketed in caso... just as it should. I added salsa on top cut it and took my first bite which tasted mostly of caso and salsa, it didn't taste 100% right.. I didn't think too much of it as I may have had some spinach dip on my tongue palate. I tried a second bite and the meat had a mild taste of the smell of a trash can. I smelt the meat and it had a pungent aroma of a trash can. The meat was obviously spoiled, I didn't dare take another bite and the taste was like wax in my mouth. I tried to get it out of my mouth with no avail.

I told the waiter, he took the plate and said he would remove it from the bill and asked if I wanted anything else. I declined the offer. About 4 hours later I started to feel uneasy and from 10pm to 5am I was sick with evident food poisoning.

Two other in the party had some stomach issues that evening. However not to my degree.

The staff was good but I wouldn't go back. Food shouldn't be kept to the point of smelling and tasting like it did...

This was probably the worst dining experience I have ever had in my life. I will not be coming back here. Which sucks because the food was good. But service was absolutely terrible. Only came to the table one time we had empty drinks the whole entire time no refills. I would flag someone and they would just keep going. I had to get up and ask for my ticket so we could leave. Took my card and then disappeared for another 6-10 minutes. Not very busy either and no rush of people. Very disappointing and it was over $50 for two people (but food was good) not complaining on the price. But I would expect better service.

Not bad, not great. Chips and salsa were ok, cheese dip (in Texas we would call it queso) was thin, almost watery - not impressed. Guys got the Stephen special, which amounted to rice and steak on a plate - they liked it. My wife and I split the beef fajitas - comes on a bed of onions and peppers with all the fixings. Wasn’t that impressed with that either. Hard to beat good Mexican food in Texas - maybe shouldn’t compare apples and oranges and just appreciate the food put in front of me - but the 3 stars is definitely a comparison to much better Mexican food that I’ve grown accustomed to.

Looking for some honestly good Mexican cuisine? Here's the spot. It's a good clean comfortable establishment. Service is great and the food is as well. The salsa has a slight edge to compliment the flavor yet is not overbearingly spicy. The entrees are flavorful and the sides are equally good. Your drink doesn't run empty and servers are attentive. It's a good experience for a nice evening out. No mediocracy here. There was nothing that was lack-luster about our meal or service. Two thumbs up! Juanito was our excellent server.
